I recently attended a demo for the Apple Vision with my friend’s parents, and it was a terrible experience. I made three appointments, expecting a proper demonstration of the product. I had the demo before so I knew what to expect. Unfortunately, the person responsible for the demo barely acknowledged us and did not show how the Apple Vision works. Instead, we were left to figure things out on our own, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like they had no interest in showcasing the product or answering our questions. This poor level of customer service and lack of engagement made it clear they didn’t care about selling the product or providing a good experience. For a brand like Apple, which is known for its innovation and customer service, this was very disappointing. I expected much better. Would not recommend attending a demo based on this experience.

Just had a horrendous experience here. We had an appointment schedule at 12:50. Got there at 12:40. Was checked in and sat at the Genius Bar where we sat, waited, saw 2 people helped that sat down after us and was finally asked how we were doing at 1:30 to where we were already late back to work and our plans for the day. They were condescending and not apologetic or empathetic to the situation at all. This also felt like a racial thing which felt even worse. Will not be back to this location and it has given me an overall bad taste for Apple as a whole.

I was ready to upgrade my IPhone 13 to an IPhone 16, so my family and I wanted to go to Apple to get more information on the IPhone 16 options. Brian helped my parents and I and we're so appreciative. I HIGHLY recommend him and if I could give him more stars I would! He was EXTREMELY kind, helpful, patient, funny, and more! My Mom and I had A LOT of questions and he answered all of them! Not only did he answer all of them, he was very understanding and sweet about it and never made us feel like a burden. If you're going to Apple to get a IPhone or ask about a IPhone, ask for Danny! Thank you, thank you, thank you Danny for everything! Also, it seemed there was an employee shadowing Brian and sadly I don't know his name, but he was great too! They made the experience so easy and fun!

As a loyal Apple customer for over 13 years, I was shocked by my recent experience at the Mission Mall, Apple store. I visited to transfer photos to an external hard drive, bringing my Microsoft Surface for specific files. The staff’s reaction was unprofessional, even commenting, “Why would you bring that here?” I was then left waiting for hours with no support or acknowledgment. This treatment was not only disappointing but humiliating. I hope Apple seriously considers this feedback to restore the quality of service I once believed in.

Manager there Bridget insulted me because they don’t offer gift card or promos to buy your phone. She told me I’m not an adult etc etc belittle me etc etc. Then manager Sam came and fixed everything for me. Bridgett not only kicked me out of the store she didn’t tell me her real name employee id etc. HR AWAS THERE they refused to help. I filed a formal complain case: 102489694873 Worst thing is they DO buy phones so you can buy other phones that are unlocked. She was wrong. + insulted me with Apple employees as witnesses. Bridgett said she was the only supervisor false. Sam took over I sold him 2 phones and he sold me iPad.

My experience at the Apple Store was truly disappointing. The staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and disrespectful, showing no regard for customer service. Whenever I had a question about a product or needed assistance, they responded with impatience and an unprofessional attitude. Such behavior from the Apple Store team is unacceptable, and I expected much better service from a store of this reputation.

Bought a laptop for my business today after retiring my 11 year old desktop. I went in a while ago to feel the difference between the 14” and 16” MacBook pro and wanted to make my purchase online to be fulfilled through the Mission Viejo Store. I paid for the same day delivery and it arrived within a couple hours in perfect condition. So excited to open my new Laptop and get started! ?
