We went on Saturday and bought a phone for my Son and I like going there because everybody is super nice. This time Manny was helping us with transferring the Data and he was very respectful and he was busy but he’s still didn’t forgot about us. Thank you Manny. Plus his Spanish is great! 👍🏼

I drove 40 minutes to this store and was immediately greeted like I was inconveniencing them. Was passed on to a flop haired foot dragging guy who had absolutely no ability to explain why I should actually buy the most expensive item in the line. When asked why it was better I got “I dunno, it’s just faster. That’s the one I’d buy” then he went back to talking to his coworker and ignored me. I left angry, still without answers and with my $2000 still in my pocket.

Huge shoutout to Carlos at the Apple Store! I came in with a complicated server issue involving dual phone numbers and iMessage. Carlos went above and beyond, spending hours cycling through the phone, troubleshooting, and exploring every possible solution. While we weren’t able to fix the issue that day, he gave me invaluable advice on how to navigate Apple Support more efficiently and provided several options to address my concerns.

What stood out the most was Carlos’s patience, professionalism, and the genuine care he showed throughout the process—it truly renewed my faith in the human side of customer service. Kudos to Carlos for making what could have been a frustrating experience a positive one. I’m looking forward to returning soon to get my business and personal iCloud accounts separated and better organized as our business scales. Thank you, Carlos!

We’ve purchased many computers from iMac to laptop, iPad in the past 20 + years at this store. A year ago, someone suggested that we joined in the business account since we are business owners and that someone would contact us regarding that. NO ONE did. First week of Sept. we visited the store. Erick approached us and stated “we would be getting great services if we join the BUSINESS account since we are business owner.” We agreed and ordered a customized Mac Pro laptop he said that would work faster and we would be able to do multi-task. After giving all information to Eric, said it would be ready to be picked up in 2 weeks. We didn’t hear from Eric so we came in…again and found out no one knew what we were talking about and the order was never submitted. VERY UPSETTING!!!. We started the order over again. Sept. 23, 2024 we picked up the item.

This computer doesn’t work per Eric’s description. It’s not any different than our other Mac computers and multi-tasking It DOESN’T work!!!
We visited the store and spoke with Eric again and told him the issues. Also we were interested in buying a couple of iPads. He said he’d call us in a few hours once he connected with his tech Nick who could help our computer issues as well as iPad to chose. We DID NOT hear from Eric. We called a few days later and left a message, we didn’t hear back from him. Another week pass, we called & left another message. NOTHING. We called and left the 3rd message, NO CALL back!

We contacted APPLE support and got a hold of him. We told him that we weren’t happy with his treatment of ignoring our calls and we felt we were not important enough for him to callback so we ended up purchasing the iPads elsewhere. Not once he apologized for not returning our calls nor did he give any reason why he didn’t return our calls. Instead he said to come by if we needed anything. Like nothing happened. We hung up.

We will NEVER AGAIN visit that Northridge Apple Store. I pray other consumers never experience this unprofessional & disrespectful treatment & poor service from this so-called Business Manager Eric.

if i could give this place a 0 i would i came in for my appointment that i had scheduled the guy i don’t quite remember his name i told him well i haven’t turned this on in over a year so i truly feel it’s something wrong with my battery and so i showed him what keeper popping up as i tried to turn it on and he immediately said no that’s something to do with the brain it’s not letting me even know what’s wrong with it so i asked okay so how much would it be he said 450$ and i was like wow this computer is brand new 2020 and he was like your better off just buying a new one since if you take the risk of doing 450 you would only have 3 months warranty other than buying a new one you get one year warranty & can do the apple care but something kept telling me it’s the battery so i walked away and i believe it was a guy alex super nice he asked me what’s wrong with the one i had but also told him i believed it was the battery and he agreed with me so he got me another technician and then the guy said the same thing about the brain but i truly loved how Alex i believe is his name not sure told me to go home and sit on this and see what my decision is going to be ….
so i decided to take it to a place near home where they work on computers and i told them the same thing upon me not turning it on for so long so hasn’t been charged so i believe it’s my battery
SURE ENOUGH WAS JUST MY BATTERY!!!
DONT LET APPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY THATS ALL THEY WANT

Actually the most horrendous experience I have ever had in my life at an Apple Store, or any electronic store ever. A woman with caramel curly hair in a black shirt helped my sister and me, my sister wanted to trade in her MacBook and buy a new one, very simple. We expected at least a 20-30 minute wait but the woman sat us down, not at any point asking for any specifics of how my sisters purchase would go, she didn’t check if the Mac model she wanted to buy was in stock. We waited about an hour and 10 minutes and she checked in twice and the second time said, “we didn’t forget about you!”, my sister was being so nice and asked nicely how much longer we would be waiting, she tip toed around the question and told us we were next, then the 30 minutes went on. Left us sitting there for ages after and continuously stared at us until I watched her send another worker over at us to tell us someone else would be helping us, to find out from that someone else that the mac was out of stock, after over an hour of waiting, and that worker was actually behind us the entire time not helping us for that entire hour, talking to his friend coworkers. Other workers too were sitting behind us talking about anything. We left and are buying from another store soon because that was genuinely the most hellacious experience I’ve ever had in an Apple Store. Never go to an Apple mall store, ever.
