I was here for the battery issue of my laptop. I reached here much earlier than my appointment and still the moment I entered, I was asked by one of their representatives and after understanding my purpose of visit they immediately referred me to a technician who diagnosed the issue after going through a few checks and gave me options to choose. I was really very happy with the service and the suggestions that were shared with me. It was a wonderful experience, thank you.

I’ve had to go to this location a few times over the months. Always have been highly impressed at the professionalism and courtesy of the store team. From interactions with general store staff. To working with management at this store level on making a poor situation I had with phone support right.
Thank you Apple Stoneridge Mall. Highly recommend!

I don’t feel welcome here. The employees make you feel that they are more important than customers. The attitude is that if the customer wants to but it they will as they are desperate of the products. Even if they are treated badly they will still buy it. I don’t an employee why do you guys just stand there instead of talking to customers, he mentioned they only check in customers. They won’t talk to them. The customers are left hanging in there. I feel sorry for Steve Jobs for what this company has come to be.

They repack and resell. I paid for 2 brand new iPad for my
twin daughters kids. When I was setting it up I got a message (screenshot attached).

Here is my experience with the Apple store in Stoneridge Mall. I recently had my wallet stolen by two guys of Indian appearance with dark skin. They tried to use my credit cards at different stores in the mall. All the stores declined the purchases except the Apple store. The salesperson did not even ask for ID or look at the name on the card. The card has an Eastern European name of a woman. If the store employee had looked at the card, he would have realized that the name and gender did not match the person using the card. I understand that everyone wants to sell the product faster and get a commission, but what about the store's reputation and customer trust? I have heard from other people that other Apple stores do not ask for ID or check names. Store managment needs to improve the work ethic and train the personal to set of values that determines how any employee approaches their work. Employees with strong work ethics are highly motivated and produce consistently high-quality results and customer trust.

I haven't been to stoneridge Mall in 10 plus years since I moved. It has lost a few of the department stores that I used to go there specifically for as in Nordstrom and a few more smaller stores like Francesca's which was a little boutique. I didn't even see the Godiva area anymore. Otherwise it looked nice Santa was already out and it wasn't like 2 weeks ago I think. It was okay I used to like it more 10 years ago.

5/5 Excellent highly reccommend. A huge shoutout to Maddie for her A1 A+ 5 Star attitude and customer service. Super easy to pop in and out and walk away with an unlocked iPhone 16 Pro with Apple Intelligence. What a great day.

Marc was a great help and really worked hard to solve my issues. The people are always helpful and this store is less crowded and easier to access than some.
