I recently attended several workshops at the Apple Store, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help, creating an environment that was both educational and enjoyable.
Each workshop was well-organized and covered a range of topics, from basic device functionality to advanced creative applications. The instructors were patient, answered all questions thoroughly, and provided practical tips that were easy to understand and apply.
The hands-on approach allowed me to get a real feel for the products and their capabilities, making the learning process much more effective. I left each session feeling more confident and inspired to make the most of my Apple devices.
Overall, the workshops at the Apple Store exceeded my expectations. They are a valuable resource for anyone looking to enhance their skills and knowledge. Highly recommended!

This Apple Store is in the Westfield Mall, which is a great location and can be quite busy. We happened to come on Black Friday, so we did have to wait for an available specialist to help us upgrade my iPhone.

Even though Evan was new, he was quite helpful and friendly. There were managers walking around and checking in to see how things were going and if Evan needed any assistance with anything.

There were certain steps taken. First in assessing the condition of my iPhone, external and internal. Then, getting the contract through AT & T. Transferring of pictures and then getting an appointment with the genius bar to get everything transferred from my iPhone 14 Pro to my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. Evan assisted us with getting a new phone cover and screen protector. They have the coolest machine that makes putting on screen protector flawless and without air bubbles.

The staff with the Genius Bar were able to finish earlier than expected. We were walking around the mall while we waited.

Overall, from Evan, other staff and the managers, it was a pleasant experience with good customer service.

I had the worst experience ever at this Apple Store. I spent almost 6k on a new apple iPad Pro, phone and watch. I did the because of there promos. The Rudy and the guy with a beard should be fired. I didn’t have phone service for 2 days because of there mistakes. Stefen who lied and said he was a manager made all sorts of promises to me because of my experience. When I came into the store again to fulfill those promises I was met with a rude African American manager who told me that Stefen was not a manager and that she could honor nothing Stefen promised. These rudest manager on the planet. When your employee lies and says there a manger and makes promises then you honor them! You don’t blame the customer. I’ll never buy from an apple store again. You lost my business permanently

The store is always clean and well-organized, offering a great selection, and although prices are high for Apple products it’s totally worth it! The service is attentive, and the classes are excellent. I just wish there were more classes at the Topanga location.

My daughter’s phone had an issue, so I went to the Apple Store to see what the problem was. During the check-up, the phone suddenly died and couldn’t be turned on again.

I was shocked by this, and I kindly asked if I could trade in the phone, given the situation. The manager, Malia, responded simply: “We cannot trade your phone because it doesn’t work.” When I arrived, the phone was working almost perfectly with just a minor issue. For over an hour, I tried to understand why I wasn’t offered a trade-in while the phone was still working.

In the end, I left with a non-working phone and a very bitter feeling, especially as Malia, the store manager, couldn’t even help me understand the situation.

All of this was over a $100 credit, which Malia refused to offer. You might have won this “battle,” but you lost big in terms of customer service.

i'm pretty disgusted with the practice of requiring people to share their data in a particularly shady way at this store. I walked in looking at a new phone. The Apple sales person told me I had to share my data in order to get an estimate of what my phone might be worth as a trade-in. after sharing my data, I was told this was only a "General dollar amount given the type of phone that I had". This is not an accurate number of what I would actually get if I traded in my phone. This was super shady. They got my data without giving me the actual accurate estimate I was told I would get after sharing. I thought Apple was above this kind of shady practice. Disappointing.

I took my wife here to while we were at Topanga mall. I got her a MacBook Air, Apple Watch and IPhone 12 so she's all apple now. I was showing her the different bands they have for the apple watch and also showing her how the iPhone 14 look. The store is basically the same like any other apple store. I wanted to show her some Mac monitors that I was interested in getting but there wasn't any in the store. There apple staff around if you have any questions but we didn't and they didn't bother us while we were looking.

Eh. If you like being bent over from a mega corp that charges like $40 for a 5 cent rubber phone cover. They get worse every year. Greedy as hell. But the store is fine, with too many GENIUSES lurking about asking if I need help. Normally a good thing.
