Don't believe the 'Book N Ride' hype. False advertising, intentional obfuscation, & discriminatory practices. You can find a certified "renewed"/used RAINBOW with 5 yr warranty for $1200 on Amazon, NOT the $4500 for their USED machine they do their best to make appear as brand new. I just found out this location "renews" these machines... Hmmm I am 60% pleased with the product & 110% disappointed with their practices.

(I wanted to put 0 stars) Buyers beware this is an MLM dressed up as an old friend & family member. Unit is bulky and extremely difficult to navigate in all practicality. IE; Cord continuously gets the way, detachment mechanisms are challenging to apply when using which disrupts your time and flow while cleaning which I found very agitating. The vacuum wand does not stand up well at all on its own, which makes it non user friendly too and Storing the unit is also cumbersome.
I wouldn't recommend to an enemy now. PLEASE: if you're reading this go Google "vaccum cleaners that use water filtration" BEFORE falling into the Book & Ride program they offer. Simply GOOGLE because, There's another reputable company that sells a unit with the same water cleaning system same health claims same specs or expremly similar for $498.00 instead of the being bribed into supporting a friend or family member and wasting your VALUBLE time on this thing @ $4K and then feel stuck into a slavery contract running all over town and beyond doing demos, to pay off something you could have purchased for much MUCH less money. Just not worth the peace of mind it takes away from your life. They play on your ego with offering FREE Gifts They play on your conscious and your love for family. So unless you & your family have time and money to spare do not buy this one.

Nozzle to my rainbow stopped working about 15 days after the warranty had expired because of a confusion between the manufacturer's warranty and the Distributors warranty the owner honored the warranty though it had expired. In addition the owner was open to feedback regarding his customer services skills immediately acknowledged my insight corrected the Behavior thanked me and apologized! Now that was a first!!! Did I mention he is a born again Christian!!!!

Predatory sellers! Beware that if you buy a vacuum cleaner it will cost you $2000 and with the credit/financing there’s only 48-72hours to return your unit. Otherwise you’re stuck with it!

Very expensive after less than 10 years the vacuums basically junk costly to repair I wouldn't recommend buying one when you can get another vacuum for a fraction of the cost of a rainbow vacuum
