I had been to several place looking for a new radio and speakers, got the run around on when they can put it in, but not at Arkansas car stereo, I spoke with them over the phone, I showed up and they took over, these guys made me feel right at home, they even drove me home and came and picked me up after they was done with my truck, to me that’s service, they even built a costume box for my truck and they didn’t beat me up on the price. I’m very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone, these guys are the best because they treat people the best.

I sent my son up there to get an amplifier and speaker installed, basic stuff. The price they gave him was ridiculous! I used to be a fan of this establishment years ago under different management. I guess they saw my son coming from a mile away. Anyway, I told him to try another place. Low and behold, the price was half. I assume some profiling was involved in the quote at ACS. Nevertheless, neither myself nor my son will be coming here ever again. I cannot speak of the workmanship at this establishment, but the prices are Cali style.

This shop is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. They worked with me and got me exactly what I was looking for. The install was very clean. When my vehicle was done, just by looking at it, you’d never know any work had been done. No corners were cut. I’m a picky person and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Thank you to Rick and crew for your awesome work. I’ll definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and go see them. Get the job done right the first time.

I recently purchased a high end Kenwood touch screen receiver to replace my stock radio in my 2012 Silverado pickup. Did a lot of research and found that with the right iDatalink Maestro components I could keep most of my factory features like chimes, steering wheel controls and On-Star (and stock XM Radio if you want). I considered doing the install myself but thought it would be a bit over my head. I took my new head unit to another shop in LR and they knew nothing about the iDatalink Maestro components and how they work with this receiver, this was a shock. Plus I had setup an appointment and they didn't even put me on the schedule at the time I requested. Anyway I ended up going to Arkansas Car Stereo and they had no problems understanding what components where needed to keep my factory settings and to correctly install my new Kenwood head unit. Long story short, they installed the unit perfectly including adding a backup camera. The fit/finish and details were very professionally done. It costs a little more than what Best Buy would have charged and took some time, but you get what you pay for! Job well done, I’m very pleased with the work!!
