Terrible experience. Spent $20 on vape. Wasn’t told to hit it before leaving store. Walked outside hit vape. Tasted so burnt I choked my head off. Worker schad told me no exchanges or refunds. Terrible way to do business and I was ripped off. He told me that if the device isn’t functioning it can be swapped out but if it’s burnt and taste like metal they can’t do anything. This specific worker used to work at Marcos with me and had a problem with me from the get go. So soon as he was presented with the chance to spite me he jumped on it.

Today, I had my wife call for a whole box of cigars. They said they had the box in stock and they gave us the price plus tax. I wasted my time and fuel only to be told the price was $60 dollars higher than the quoted price. We were very clear and detailed on the cigars we wanted. A simple “Oh, I’m sorry man” doesn’t put gas back in my car or replace my time… I will NEVER EVER COME BACK! Thanks for nothing! They also called the owner; I assume for the correct price but never mentioned they told me (the customer) something different. Lack of accountability!!
