Ndidi was amazing! She was professional, kind, resourceful, and when I couldn’t find some needed info to finish my transactions she was able to help find it when many other staff have not able to be that resourceful. She very welcoming and a pleasant to work with. I would go back to her for all my AT& T needs. I highly recommend her!

I went to the store yesterday(Merhar) (8.16.24) it was busy, but what place doesn’t get busy? Not a bad review! I’d love to give a shout out to Walker! He had amazing customer service! Went above and beyond! He definitely deserves a raise if he hasn’t gotten one yet! All the people in the store were so nice and made sure the customers were taken care of 🙂

Fayaz is so sweet, he moved fast with the process of helping me to switch my phone carrier, and he’s funny?❤️. I highly recommend!!!!!! He has great customer service and he’s dedicated to his job, he has a lot of patience and his working ethics is wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the switching of my phone carrier! Excellent!

Assistance was fairly quick and the people were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had fun conversations while he was helping us with getting our new phones and making sure we didn't loose any information while tranfering data.

The store rep at the Merhar location, Roger, was very helpful in telling me all the features of the various phones to help me make my decision regarding the one I wanted to purchase. I feel he listened to me and was very pleasant and cheerful when assisting me. I really enjoyed working with Roger and I'm excited for my new phone.

EXPECT THE WORST AND AT&T WILL STILL BLOW YOUR MIND WITH HOW MUCH THEY SUCK. I got a new phone from AT&T and had problems from day one. After attempting multiple things to troubleshoot/fix it, I went to AT&T with the problems. Their staff tried the same things to fix the problems (poor connectivity, talk to text/ microphone issues, glitches), didn’t log what they were doing, and continued to put me off until they said the deadline had passed to turn the phone back in. I still have problems with the phone, was deceived/ lied to about my plan (I agreed to a plan which would’ve been about $110 a month. My bill is constantly over $200 because they moved my billing date; I have to postpone my bill every month to make the payment so it doesn’t conflict with my other bills). I was told talk to management and they’ll resolve the issues, and management said that’s a generic customer service reply and there’s nothing they can do. Now they have me trapped until I pay off this thousand dollar phone that’s a piece of trash, which I don’t believe was ever new; I believe it was a defective return- it never looked new. AT&T says it’s an apple issue and Apple says it’s an AT&T issue. I’ve also had them shut off my phone before my bill was due, and wouldn’t turn it back on until it was paid in full. This company is garbage. I hated Verizon with a passion until AT&T showed me what really horrible customer service looks like. Their ‘customer service’ has another name, it’s called fraud. ANY OTHER PHONE COMPANY IS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE. Anyone considering using these frauds should at least bring your own phone so you aren’t trapped with them like I am.
