I can't thank Linda at Audio Addiction enough for her incredible service! I was in a tight spot, needing a hard-to-find battery on a Wednesday afternoon before driving to Arizona the day before Thanks Giving. Linda went above and beyond to track it down for me that same day. Not only did she secure the battery, but she also personally delivered it to my mechanic's shop so it could be installed immediately. Talk about top-notch customer service! Never Got around to giving my review so here it is:

I purchased a brand new 2020 Lexus GSF and took it to audio addiction to add a subwoofer and amp to my vehicle. I stopped by one day while they were still working on the installation it and found my brand new leather lower seat bolsters sitting on top of the car facing down full of dust. I asked if they could please remove them to prevent any damage to the car paint and seats. they did remove the seats but it slightly raised my awareness on the quality of work. I let it go and just kept Looking forward to the end result.

Once the vehicle was ready we sat in the car and they showed me the new audio features and how to properly make the changes. I was very happy with the clean and clear sound. However, I noticed there were scratches on the red leather Specifically on the front driver seat and rear driver side seat bolster. the gentlemen showed the trunk where they installed a subwoofer with an boxed enclosure and I noticed some of the paint was chipped on the rear bumper and cloth like material from the subwoofer box was engraved into the portion where paint was missing( probably from loading enclosure into trunk) I raised my concerns and was highly disappointed in the denial to take ownership of such mistakes. They just agreed to send a guy out to repair and touch up the areas where the leather was damaged but denied they had anything to do with the paint. The vehicle had just rolled out the dealership and did not have any imperfections inside or out. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and that they have learned from their mistakes.

The highest disappointment to me was the lack of integrity.

Just wanted to take a minute and give a huge shoutout to these guys. The staff was amazing, they have very honest and quality work and I highly recommend getting your needs done here. They installed a duel 10” system in my truck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Will be coming back in the future and will be recommending to others!

I bought a westfalia campervan and was trying to get solar panels installed for off grid power. After calling multiple shops ranging from ridiculous pricing to shops not knowing how to do it I called audio addiction. I explained my goal in mind, they said they’d never done it but would be more than happy to try and that they’d done similar projects. They were very professional, every time they drilled into my van, any wires they ran, any work they did, they would have me come outside and talk me through every step and ask if I was okay with what they wanted to do. It turned out beautiful, there’s no loose wires everything is hidden well and wires great, and I have off grid power now! A full days work and the price didn’t break the bank. I will definitely be coming back for more work and am so thankful for the care they took of my vehicle and respect they showed me during the job. Thank you so much audio addiction.

Went to Best Buy to get work done on my Porsche and it was outside of BB's wheelhouse so they sent me to Audio Addiction.
Pricing was VERY fair, same day in and out service and everything has worked AMAZINGLY!!! love the new sound system!! They listened to us, didn't oversell and got the job done quickly and we are so happy!!!! Devin was the gentleman we worked work who took great care of us! Love bumping the new system!!!!!

I SERIOUSLY have no way to express in words the customer service I am given (not was but am because I will go back). The owner Linda is just a sweet heart caring and compassionate. Alize the customer service lady at the front another sweet heart was very patient and they knew I was going through frustration from my sound system but were VERY VERY EMPATHETIC. The installers Lee and Carlos are master and I mean MASTER technicians. Lee gave me some pointers on my new sub. Overall, my experience doesn’t even count 5 stars I’m going there for all my audio needs and I highly suggest you do too
