Despite not getting any work actually done from them, I called Vinny for advice on replacing speakers for my friend. He was super helpful and called back immediately even though he was sick, explained everything thoroughly and gave my recommendations for speakers and a shop near where my friend lives as well as trying to work within my budget.

Had my bose screen face fixed cuz of volume knobs. They did great and very friendly. Recommend them highly. Just don't be in a hurry to have things done. They have lots of work and it's hard to rush perfection......

These guys are absolutely awesome. They put a standard car stereo in my old classic truck. After a while (over a year) I was having trouble with my power source. I brought it to them, they took a look, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and sent me on my way with a smile. They are great!

Vinny and his staff are amazing. I knew I didn’t want to go to a big box store for my IS300 and that I wanted the audio work done correctly, efficiently, and precisely. I got all three with Vinny and his team. I wanted my speakers in the front seat area replaced since they simply didn’t work, as well as a new head unit as the one I currently have is quite fickle. To start it off Vinny suggested to do the speakers first and then the head unit at a later date. When I got my car back my speakers sounded amazing! It sounded like he installed a subwoofer when he didn’t! Sounds like a live band playing in my car! I’ll be making the appointment for my head unit soon and will update how that goes with a before and after video or something!

Vinny and his team are definitely pricey but you will NOT have to worry about anything with their level of expertise and care! 10/10 Will definitely come again!

I found Audio Xperts through google and their high rating. I called because I wanted to get a new Head Unit for my truck. Vinny was incredibly patient with me. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and, the best part, was that he was not pushy or aggressive at all to make a sale. He encouraged me to come in and take a look at some of the head units to see what would be right for me before considering making any purchase. He really took the time to make sure I was well informed before making any purchases. I eventually got my Head unit installed with Audio Xperts. The quality of the work was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone. They are great people and do great work.
