Always pass by but never needed to stop…, well…, one day my speakers stopped working on my 2005 Acura TSX. I stopped in and made an appointment. They fixed my sound system expertly and for the price they quoted me even though it took them longer than what they had quoted me. Top notch install and fitment (fixed what Best Buy messed up). I chatted with the guys inside and they were pleasant too.

This is my new favorite car audio shop! I’ve been to a few in the area, but this one always comes through for me. I’ve visited a couple of times now—once for help with a speaker adapter and another time for wiring issue I needed help with and both times, they took the time to look at the issue and find a solution. Audio zoo did an amazing job on my system. I wanted 2 12” speakers in my truck and he said that 4 6 and 1/2” speakers sound better in my truck. He was right, I can only turn my bass up half way right now and it sounds AMAZING. I love the way my system sounds, and I will not use anyone else.

Kevin, Thanks for all the hard work you do a wonderful job on re-wiring my system on a 2019 road glide special. I would recommend Auto Zoo to do your work when needed. The crew was fantastic to talk great communication and they take care of your vehicle will it’s in there hands. So anybody need any stereo work do these guy or it.

I had a awesome experience here, Jason was so nice and let me leave my car overnight because I was to tired to pick it up that day ( I work overnight). Kevin was very informative and showing me how to use my remote starter I just had installed.. After about a month of enjoying the enhanced audio system installed by Audio ZOO, I've encountered a significant issue: the subwoofers stopped working. Despite the initial high quality and craftsmanship of their work, this development is concerning, especially given the relatively short time span of usage and the moderate volume at which I played my music.I have scheduled a service appointment to address this issue. However, the conversation with the staff suggested that the repairs might be out-of-pocket due to alleged misuse. This is disappointing, as the equipment was promoted as being high-quality and capable of handling powerful output. I was assured during the installation that the subs installed in my truck were exceptionally robust, as evidenced by their audibility from the furthest bay from the showroom.I will update this review once the system has been evaluated and the service appointment has concluded to provide further insights into how Audio ZOO handles such issues.I recommend that future customers insist on clear terms and guarantees regarding the durability and usage of the equipment installed. While my initial review was positive, this recent experience has highlighted a potential area of concern regarding the longevity and reliability of their products.

This shop is nothing but professional and completely understood what I was looking for. They quoted and installed all new equipment understanding I didn’t need to break the bank but wanted quality sound. They took time to meet me in the middle with what suited my vehicle needs best and not their bottom line. At no point did I feel they were looking to run the bill up.

I will ONLY use this shop for every vehicle I own.

I put my first system in my truck but needed help seeing if l needed anything else before connecting power. One of their guys came out took a look at my setup and guided me on how to finish it correctly. He even gave me the speaker wire to finish it. Highly recommend these guys as they won't take advantage of you!
