2 days ago I paid $250 for a BOSS duel den car stereo deck and the man who installed it was verry nice and helpful, But.... I’m sooo truly unhappy with the deck! It dose nothing I need it to and isn’t easy to use. I am so verry disappointed I live 2 hours away and so I have to travel back to Bakersfield to see if hopefully they can return the stereo deck or exchange it! I’m a single mom w limited resources and was hoping to finally enjoy a hassle free music and safe driving experience.

Took my 2014 challenger a year ago and the cut and paste was not clean & it had bubbles that never settled like they said it would. When i went on sunday my only day off they didnt back up the warranty said to come back during the week. Of course since they made their money already they didnt want to lose a new customer or more "money". So i had to lose my money by taking time off work to have em fix it. Go somewhere else. Estos valen verga. Plus the got my car dirty and didnt even wipe it down left it all wet and streaky door panels.
