From start to finish automation was hands down the best around! I called last week and spoke to Zack about wanting a lift done. Brought it to him and told him everything I wanted. He listened and then recommended everything. Printed me an estimate! Next day I booked and was scheduled for Monday. Man did automotion deliver. I didn't think it could look any better. Customer service was above and beyond, the shop and showroom is cleaner than clean. Thank you automotion! And big thanks to Zack and his customer service skills.

I brought in a few items to be installed on my F150 this month and ended up purchasing a bedcover there as well. The staff was exceptionally professional and on task. Hannah and Trae were great assistance with providing product information and ideas for future additions for my truck.

As as side note, a homeless person walked up to the business location while I was in the showroom. Hannah and other staff members assisted the person and were very nice and respectful. I was completely impressed with their kindness as well as everything else.

I write reviews both good and bad. Mainly to share my experiences so as to educate the average consumer from another 'lens' when he/she is deciding on a place to do business. So here it is...you will not find a more knowledgeable, patient and understanding staff anywhere or in any industry. They not only perform quality work they exceeded my expectations with price as well. I cant say enough so I will stop here. The pics are the painted fender flares they replaced on my vehicle. In addition, they replaced the fender wheel liner as well (I kept the sticker on for reference). Again, Excellent job!

Visited for the first time today. Drove from Cochran to Warner Robins (40 min one way). Showroom was clean. Staff was personable, professional and FAST. Part was EXACTLY what I needed.
