I explained to the assistant service manager that I needed the fuel pump recall done as promptly as possible so I could register my car in the next few days. He verified the parts were there and he and Jason got me in that day. I had the car back that evening with no issues. They all did a really good job.

I've bought Honda Pilot 2025 here and traded in my old Honda CR-V. They gave me a fair price for trade-in car. The car I purchased was in transit when I started the process. I worked with Jennifer and everything was smooth and nice - communications were clear and honest, purchasing process was simple and pretty fast. I didn't have annoying pressure to buy supplementary service, though they did offer and clearly explained the options - I ended up buying two of the offers (service for 60k miles and tires warranty).

Honda Fremont in my experience was difficult to deal with but have seemed to be better with their customer service. I was a loyal customer for a long time but was met with some unforeseen bad customer service. After a while, I decided to give them a second chance and had a better experience. From checking the vehicle in, to getting advise about what services needed to be performed, all the way to picking up my vehicle, this last visit for me was extremely relaxing and not stressful at all. All my questions and concerns were addressed by the service advisor and without any attitude! Overall, I am happy with Honda Fremont’s new staff.
