Absolutely amazing! I just love Andrea, Brandy, and Trinity so so much. Brandy has always been super sweet and kind every time I have walked through those doors, and we always have the best conversations each time. Trinity has always been there for me, each time I had a question, an issue with an old piercing, and has never failed to provide me the reassurance and help I needed. Andrea has always been so kind and super patient with me each time I get nervous before a piercing, and she always ends up doing it so nice and easily, I hardly even realize she finished! These ladies are all so sweet and provide such an incredibly safe environment and they have never failed in making me so satisfied and happy. Thank you beautiful people!

I love AVA so much! I only trust this studio for all of my piercings, Trinity is just the best! She is so sweet and really makes you feel comfortable. She is super patient through the whole process from picking the jewelry to the actual piercing. All my piercings’ healing from here have been nothing but amazing. Completley painless, quality jewelry, & no piercing bumps in sight like from other shops I’ve been to. I can’t wait to come back for more soon! I would like to start this review by saying that Trinity is amazing! <3 (TLDR: AVA Piercing can’t be beat when it comes to safe piercing practices, beautiful jewelry selections, and amazing customer service!) Every time I’ve been to AVA, I’ve felt so welcomed and safe! The studio is very clean and well-maintained. Previous piercings that I have gotten from Trinity have healed beautifully and Trinity has made it very clear that she is always there for troubleshooting or any questions throughout any healing process which is much appreciated! I very recently got a floating navel done by Trinity, and the process was so smooth! Her bedside manner is the best I’ve ever seen from someone! I had a previous navel piercing that unfortunately rejected due to incorrect jewelry (not done at AVA) and Trinity did an amazing job handling my scar tissue and explaining the whole process step by step when I got my floating navel! I’ve always been insecure about my midsection but Trinity has helped with giving me confidence and I can never be more thankful for that! Another thing to note is that the jewelry section at AVA can’t be beat! They have the best quality jewelry from the top piercing jewelers and I love how at AVA they prioritize supporting companies that pay their employees livable wages and have safe work conditions! I also can’t forget to shout out Brandy and Andrea! Every time I have talked to them I’ve felt so welcomed and like I’ve known them my whole life! Everyone at AVA is so sweet and I seriously look forward to seeing all of them there! I’m always looking for an excuse to stop by and see them (and the pretty jewelry too of course) <3 I can't recommend AVA Piercing enough!

I have visited Trinity at Ava Piercing several times. This place is cool, friendly, clean, professional, and fun. Trinity always takes the time to listen to me and then she suggests the best placement and pieces of jewelry. Trinity is amazing and her staff are all great. On the fence about getting a new piercing? This isn't going to be anything like that one piercing you got at the mall in the 90's y'all, AVA is where you need to be! Gone are the days of a piercing gun, after choosing a beautiful new piece of *real* jewelry that won't change colors (or make you sick) from a diverse selection for all price ranges, Trinity will take you back to an immaculate private room with calming decor (it's the little things, right?) and will talk you through the entire process, making you feel included and informed.
Don't let past bad experiences keep you from getting that piercing you've always wanted. AVA has everything you are looking for and things you didn't know you needed (hello, breathing techniques!)

Such a great shop! This is the place to get pierced if you anywhere in the Temecula valley region. Everyone who works there is kind and lovely. Trinity in particular saved my nose piercings. I have been going to AVA Piercing Co. for about 2.5 years now. Trinity is my go to piercer. She is the absolute best. She has done several piercings on me & helped me choose some beautiful jewelry. I have also custom ordered jewelry with her & she has helped guide me through that process. She also moves my jewelry around when I need a change. Such a clean & healthy environment also. I will never go to another piercing shop only AVA. They are the best & everyone there is so friendly!!
