If your selling gold go to Browns pawn shop!!! I cannot stress enough how much this place will rip you off. Unfortunately I sold a pair of gold hoops I had broken. With the weight browns told me if I had brought them to them I would have got $250 Avalon gave me 60 dollars. Unfortunately I was stupid and really needed the money without shopping around. I’ve sold gold that was far less weight then those hoops and got way more at browns. Please be very careful coming here. I only sell gold to browns now they seriously give you fair price. NEVER SELL GOLD TO THIS PLACE GREEDY PEOPLE WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN A TIGHT SPOT .

Max is amazing! Needed a quick loan so came in to pawn some jewelry.. he’s so kind and chill.. makes everything super easy.. when I came back to pick it up he offered to fix the broken parts … he gave me a great price and my jewelry was like new again! I definitely recommend this place!

What an absolute waste of time.
BUYERS BEWARE!
I went to ask the shop about Morgan dollars and the guy running it brought out (6) Morgan dollars from the back.

I asked about pricing and he's literally charging $400 for a $40 coin and tried to sell me another $75 coin for $7000!!

When I asked him can he explain the pricing strategy, he looked right at me and said "that's just what it is".

Hint- if you don't want to sell something, just tell me you'd rather hang into it than waste 15 minutes of my time trying to figure out a price.

This had to be the best experience I have ever had at a pawn shop. Usually with pawn shops you get rude associates and complete absence of customer service, but Avalon Pawn Shop is the exact opposite of this. The stuff is super nice and helpful, they have all the answers and provide courteous and professional service. The place was clean and nicely organized, felt like a VIP experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to take all your pawning business to Avalon, you can thank me later.

Great Place and Loved the customer service I got, I highly recommend it for pawning gold and even shopping for exclusive stuff they have for sale, just want to add it was fast process on pawning, gentleman behind the counter which i think it’s the owner, he is such a great guy and very honest about what gold is worth and how much he can give you, I’ll forever keep going here 🙂
