Baja Kits

I ordered sway bar end links for my 2023 Ford Bronco. It took 3 months to receive the links after a lot of follow up with Jonathan Tang. When they arrived there was only 2 bolts and 4 offsets in the package. One of the offsets was not even the right size and one of the nuts was the wrong thread pitch for the bolt. I called Johnathan once again to tell him what happened. He said they would overnight me the remaining hardware and the Clevises to attach to the LCAs. A week later I received the clevises with a random bag full of bolts and washers, no additional offsets or bolts that fit the links. In this saturated off-road market, take your business elsewhere, their product is not worth the frustration.

Horrible company. The sales department is full of deceptive liars. They sell you a kit with expectations of get your kit in 4-6 weeks. They take your money and don’t give you anything and all communication stops. They don’t return phone calls or emails. If you are lucky enough to get a response it’s all lies. Every time they say they’re waiting on a different part and it will be shipped in a couple of days. I’m out almost 15k for my Bronco kit and I have a couple of parts at almost eight months. I’m now searching for a lawyer and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not give this company your money.

Do better research first! Just cause there quick to answer an email and sell you the product doesn't mean it will last as long as you'd think. I had the long travel kit installed on a 17 Silverado 4x4 and the poor engineering wore out my factory spindles. All highway driving! Could not get a direct phone call to answer my issue with the lower taper joints and only got a response to buying replacements. After the wrong parts were sent and being called a liar and my fault. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional! Take you're your money elsewhere and buy from a better more reputable company!! Money wasted! Do not recommend at all!

I have had Baja kits on 2 of my Silverado's now. I've tried other competitors products and they do not even compare. The engineering and precision they put into it you can see and really feel the difference when driving. JT is always there to help when I have questions or orders. The Brenthels and their staff know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable, and they are professional at what they do whether it's on your personal truck or on their race trucks. They are the real deal!

Ordered a Bronco LT kit in the middle of May with a delivery date of mid-end July, a 6 week lead time. Still waiting 26 weeks later. Every time I emailed JT, he would tell me an excuse and then say “another 2-3 weeks”. This has gone on for 4 months. I finally got tired of waiting and asked to cancel a handful of times via email. He would ignore that part of the email and make up another excuse. My final email explicitly asked once again to cancel because in the prior email he said I never asked to cancel. He never responded. I then saw a post JT made in a FB group advertising the kit. Me, along with other people, asked where our kits were since we have been waiting so long. Instead of responding, he blocked me. Their website shows a lead time of 6-8 weeks but the sales rep sent me a sheet showing people in front of me dating all the way to January of 2022. It's clear they prioritize certain customers and screwing over the rest. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I now have to get my CC and attorney involved as I'm currently out over $6,000.

The quality of components is unbelievable, the salesman Bruno knew exactly what i needed and got me taken care of. If you are looking at off-road suspension for your vehicle this is the place.

Highly unrecommended, they are extremely unprofessional. I have never in my life had to deal with such bad/rude costumer service.

Horrible customer service. Don't bother read the reviews for SURE.
