Picked up an online order and the email states ask an associate and they’ll wrap in cellophane and a bow for free if it’s a gift. I politely asked and was told I could take the cellophane and ribbon and do it on my own. They were too busy getting other online orders ready. Two girls are standing at the entrance next to the cellophane and ribbon doing nothing but talking to each other and greeting customers as they walk in. They can’t help me do this? I’m a man with no clue how to wrap this up nicely. I won’t be back to this location.

I LOVE BATH AND BODY WORKS! My new favorite scents are the Bake shop collection. They really smell like strawberry pound cake, coconut cream pie, raspberry jam donuts and chocolate covered cherries. It truly smells like chocolate covered cherries 🍒!! So when I arrived there were maybe 4 or 5 employees in the store cleaning and 2 customers. I had to wait 10 minutes in the line they had dressed up with an entrance and exit sign at each end, for them to clean the store. I mean it's covid-19 so waiting in line is normal. It was just strange to be in an empty mall waiting on cleaning and 2 customers before I could go into the store. Anyway all the employees were great. The store was stocked up and I found exactly what I was looking for.

This location has changed so much. Too much attitude. There was a guy with dark hair and glasses as i was looking at wall flowers scents , who cut directly in front of my view without an “ excuse me “ or a even acknowledgment that i was looking and he just stepped directly in front of me and messed with items on the shelf. Common sense to have manners! Who raised you? What an embarrassment! Not to mention they look at everyone like a thief instead of offering help. Won’t be back to this location ( the girl was pleasant at the cash register)

Great! Xmas deals!!!! $4.95 all aromatherapy today!! They just need to give better attention to all customers and not just when my bag was full of items to purchase and the deals not all employees knew the candles were excluded because one told me yes the other no at the check out. Then the cashier knew I had a coupon and didn't offer to help me think of my purchase. It wasn't until I got into my car and realized I could of bought the candle separately and used coupon with an additional purchase. I gotta admit I don't have this kinda problem at the 99 and Herndon location. I didn't leave as happy as I usually do after a $100 purchase.

I was greeted by an associate the minute I walked in. When I gave a reply back of how they were doing. Nothing in return. 6 employees in the store. Not one asked if they could help us. They were too busy stocking the shelves and could care less about a customer. Waited at the registers to purchase and waited for 1 minute before I turned around to interrupt the associates conversation to each. And you wonder why people shop at Amazon.

girl with the cow print nails was homophobic and did something to the cash register to make my moms card not go through just bc we were purchasing the pride collection i swear it’s always the girls with the cow print stuff bc they want to be like the chick fil a cow and chick fil a is homophobic DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on homophobic business

Went here for a gift card for a birthday. When we walked in I instantly remembered why I never go to this store. The smells are so strong & all at once that it gives me an instant headache.

My daughter loves the small hand sanitizers from here great to toss some in her backpack. I like the sented plug ins from here. Nice selection of fragrances. Bit on pricey side for the candles. They do often have sales if you purchase multiples.
