I known the Road King was a beautiful classic motorcycle for decades, but I had no idea how phenomenal a experience it is to actually ride one.

I kind of wrote a not so good review about my bike service & they made it right so I need to write a better review! For all the work I needed done on my 2001 Heritage Softtail 50,000 mile maintenance they did an excellent job & I'm a much satisfied rider! Hopefully this bike will last me the rest of my riding day since I seem to do a lot less riding the older I get! Thank you Battle Born for excellent service done!

Been riding HD’s for over 40 years. This dealer it’s just ok, nothing special. i’m speaking from a parts and accessories only, have not done any service here. It’s one of a few that’s owned by a big automotive dealership. That gives it a bit of negative right away for me. They do host some nice events throughout the year.

Outstanding customer service. Jimmy and Opie made me feel welcomed and were very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. Very knowledgeable staff who really took the time in showing me the ins and outs of my knew bike. Battle Born HD is an amazing dealership with tons of inventory of motorcycles, riding gear, parts and upgrades. Service department is top notch and I was able to schedule my first 1000 mile service when it was needed and convenient for me. Better yet it will be same day service. I live in Reno but will be doing all my service and HD upgrades at Battle Born HD.

Called service dept. and asked if I could get my Bike in today as the rear tire valve was bad ad leaking air. I was told , "yes we can do that if you can get it in here". I told them i was on my way. I aired my tire up twice on the 30 mile ride. I got there they pulled my information from my previous bike. I asked about how long it would take. The service guy said "no less than two hours, we'll call you when its done". 3.5 hours later I go to pick up my bike. Nothing had been done, nothing! The service guy says so we didnt get to it, ask for the manager he comes out I explain to him, he says, " I dont know what that guy told you" I told him exactly what the other guy had said and asked why they had not called me. The service manager says, "we would only call you if the bike was done" . The other guy lies and says , I didn't tell you a couple hours, we don't give out times. The service manager says if you want to leave your bike we can fix it tomorrow! I asked when will the bike be done so I can take my trip, he says," I can try to have it done by closing time tomorrow". What a joke these guys are! So I take my bike and limp it home, stopping and putting air in as i go. I do not know if Michael Hohl knows how this business runs the service department but I know from having dealt with the car dealership, he would not stand for the ineptness found here! I wouldn't take my lawn mower to these guys!
