Updated: Bearfruit customer service responded and asked that I email them to explain the situation. They were very understanding and extended a courtesy exchange via mail and online. I appreciate that they took the time to show some gracious customer service.

Previous: Inflexible store policies. Don’t bother shopping here. As someone who has been buying their jewelry since they were a stand, I noticed a large price increase since becoming a store but wanted to support their newer business so I purchased items for someone for Christmas early. When I noticed a store wide sale happening, I called to ask if I could get an adjustment even if I was outside of their return window. However, it only mentions returns on the receipt and not exchanges. The girl on the phone said that sometimes they will make exceptions so I drove out. However, upon asking in person , the manager (who they called on the phone) wouldn’t give a price adjustment on items that were just outside their return window. Items were still in original packaging as they were meant for a Christmas gift and not yet given but the manager stated that they couldn’t make any exceptions. Because of this inflexibility, it shows they don’t really care that much about customers, so they’ve just lost one. I will never shop there again and would recommend to others to not shop there either.

Went with my girlfriend to buy jewelry, and the lady working there was following us around, as if she profiling us without asking if needed anything. When my girlfriend picked up apair of earrings she laughed as to imply we couldn't afford it. Did not feel welcomed would not recommend
