Wonderful shop with so many great choices. Very neat and clean. Very nice and helpful staff. The man who helped us made some great suggestions, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will go back there for sure!

Update: All is good! Daniel called me back and I was able to exchange it for another brand at the same value. He also explained the brand I got didn't have an expiration date like the others, so it would be hard to know it was old. I really appreciate his response to the whole ordeal. I think I was just upset since I had taken my hair down and was ready to get started on it. Thank you Daniel! 😊

This is my second time buying a relaxer from this store and it has been old. I would like to get a refund for it this time. The first time I just threw it away thinking it's just a bad draw, but for it to happen twice is bad business. I really hope they will do the right thing. Will update if they do.

I love shopping here! they have somewhat fair prices..BUT every time I go to shop, for my usual supplies, the workers look at me like if I'm going to rob the place lol. It's very uncomfortable. Also the cashier lady has NO Customer Service...she has no idea about the products she sells and she just has an unemotional look on her face. The only reason i keep coming back is because I love the products, other than that I don't feel welcomed when i go.
