In the past two weeks i've had two really good experiences at Belk because of these ladies below (Geraldine, Nakia and McKenzie) I had complicated transactions both shopping trips I was purchasing clothes, ordering clothes online, running to change sizes and in the process of it all I lost my credit card and then didn't have my new one these ladies couldn't have been more helpful. They were pleasant. They were patient and they knew how to fix every problem I presented. Thank you so much.

The customer service was awesome. I wanted one the MK men's suede suit jackets but the size needed wasn't in stock so the cashier offered to look it up online, order and ship it to my home for free and I paid at the register and got the great 40% off price! It came to my house in just a few days even with it being sitting the holiday season!

Was in there today. I know it's Christmas time, but wait time in line to check put i waaayy too long. Only 3 registers running in the entire store! I waited at least 30mins in line. Also, not enough carts for shopping. None anywhere to be found.

I have shopped at belks for years. Janet has assisted me a few times over the years. She went above and beyond to help me locate a dress i was interested in.I already checked out and asked about tge dress. She went and found it for me. She even located a register for me so i wouldnt have to wait in line again. She has been the best customer service that I have experienced in the Centerville store. We need more Janets and less employees at this store . Another part of belks i was looking for something. The employee seemed to go out of her way not to help . My question to belksis why the employees that go above and beyond aren't rewarded. The employees that give poor customer service are still there?
