Christina was so amazingly helpful and kind! I found a watch I loved but they only had it in gold. She looked it up and found the only silver one available out of all their stores in Hawaii! She kept me in the loop about its arrival and texted me as soon as it came in. She was so kind to my little one who tags along too. Got him snacks and water ☺️ will definitely be shopping here again

Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Dylan was patient with me while I looked around and tried different pieces on. I was trying to get inspiration for a custom design, and he was very knowledgeable and provided suggestions which I appreciated.
The manager was also very sweet and helpful. Can’t wait to see what the final custom piece looks like.

If I could...I would give this place a 7 Star rating!! Wow. We were Absolutely impressed by the Interior Design of the shop. Love how clean and fresh the atmosphere here felt. In addition. Nothing felt cluttered and out of place. However the Highlight was in the details...

Kaela- the Store Manager went well Above and Beyond to help us find our account from 2007!! And furthermore cleaned my wife's Wedding band and ring! It was done promptly and cleaned very Well. Also that little room to the left makes a customer feel even that much more important to the Brand! My Sincerest prayer is that Kaela and the team get recognized by Corporate for the exemplary customer service you provided to our Family of six. This is my go to jewelry boutique. It is always so welcoming and I always feel like I am walking out with an amazing gift for my loved ones. I have to give flowers to Christina, Tung as the past couples of times I have gone she has made my experience be perfect, for when I go in to look for a gift. She has helped make me feel like I am picking out the perfect gift, as she gives me ideas and options. It feels like she actually enjoys helping customers pick out the perfect gift as she gives ideas, and gives proper explanation of the jewelry she is showing me. I’ve had experiences in other boutiques where they try to imitate that but they just show you their most expensive item and then loose interest once you turn them down or they just show you the jewelry and their is no explanation, like yeah that’s a shiny rock. Those are my two cents, if you are interested in jewelry for yourself or your love one definitely give this place a try, and try to get Christina to help you for a perfect experience.

Got a tissot at msrp and I was treated well. They gave me a water when they noticed I was too hot and made sure the watch fits properly on my hand. They were the only shop with more luxurious watches that don't cost an arm and a leg. They had Longines and Hamilton aside from tissot which is great.
