The staff is great. They are caring and professional. PT, OT and ST are the services my husband receives. He loves the therapist. After he stopped some of the services, they still continue to call and check on him. The office staff is very helpful and informative as well.

I personally do not receive services. I am maintenance for an apartment complex that has a tenant who has services thru this agency. September 22nd 2017 I had a work order to check the air conditioner in the clients apartment. I made an appointment with her worker the prior afternoon to meet him there at 9am the next morning. The A/C and water heater, broiler room, are locked to prevent all tenants from attempting to or actually turning up the temp of the water heater or possibly causing damage to the A/C by doing any self maintenance. When I opened the locked broiler room door the filter was frozen with 2-4 inches of solid ice. The tenants aide would not allow me to open windows or the door after I noticed that with the entryway door opened allowed the sun to directly shine on the ice. I offered to bring a personally owned fan of my own to help move air in the dwelling and help with the thawing process and provide a little help with her comfort as it was a warm day. I had other work orders and took pictures of the A/C unit before I started and thru out the process to keep our corporate mangament updated on the situation and my progress. I attempted several different methods to expidite the process including using one of my family members personal hair dryer. He complained thru out the morning and afternoon of the time it was taking and the noise of the hair dryer. He kept all windows closed and the door which of course delayed the process and increased the temp in the apartment. I instructed him to not turn on the A/C because the insullation that houses the the A/C was wet and would cause it to freeze back up and would cause further damage and we would then have to charge the tenant for the repairs. His reply was I will turn it on when I get here in the morning regardless. It boiled down to his comfort level not the clients and I requested that the conversation continue in the managers office and he did comply, tried lying on how I handled the thawing process until management showed him the pictures I had taken thru out the day. He finally admitted that He threatened to turning in on and the manager repeated my instructions not to turning it on and the consequences that would happen if he did. It now get better or worse, depends how you take it. From 9am to 130 pm He sit and watched TV. The clients was asleep the whole time I was there. He did nothing for 4.5 hours while on the clock. The tenant is on disabilty, medicare and medicaid. So all of us that are contributing via our tax dollars to there programs the fund this agency to pay thier employees just got robbed of apprx $45 as the average pay is $10 per hour. I am reporting him for fraud. My mother receives home health services from a different agency, Three Rivers, but the agency called Minds Matters who are case managers for clients with brain injuries both managers my mother and the client Im talking about. The case manger thru Minds Matters has known me for several years and is aware of my work ethic and personality. She has been notified as well and there will be an overhaul of these individuals that provide little to no care to the clients while collecting our tax dollars as pay. Fraud alert. This place needs to lose thier certification. With a name like Best Choice, isn't that a brand name for extremely cheap and poor quality food items? That really says it all.

I think honestly before a person gives a review of the hold company, the person giving the reviews should visit the company and meet the office staff! we at best choice work hard to make sure our clients receive the best quality of life that can be given on any day. Learn what is done for the clients before making such negative comments.

If it were possible to give the agency negative stars I would. They consistently forget and neglect to have staff to cover my brother's shift at his home. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. It would make me very happy if a state or federal agency would look into the practices of this company. I'm sure they would find something shady going on here.
