The place is super clean, the employees are amazing especially the manager Dave and the pretty women with the long hair name V. They are always there quick to help with any and all questions. I stop pawing my jewelry but good lawrd i get stuck buying a new purchase or another layaway which gets me coming in for all the time!!! Then the store sends me a 40% coupon with my paid pawns or layaways which in return gets me curious on what new stuff they have...There goes another purchase. I got to stop coming in. Love the store

Just left and had the most rediculous interaction with these people. Was trying to get a loan on my wireless sony bass bluetooth speakers and the owner asked are they battery? I was like no one had ever asked me that. They have a battery but i charge with a cord. He proceeded to be quite rude. He asked me to unpair them from my phone which i could have played a song to test them very easily then they looked like clowns trying to pair them to the employees phone to test them. Just rediculous. I don't know if any bluetooth wireless speaker doesn't have a rechargable battery. Then to top things off, these speakers which still cost around $85 they only said $10. I refused and said no thanks. Then my son had a brand new pair of Sennheiser wireless ear buds which we bought from the Germany website and he tried to tell us that we didn't buy them in Germany.
They retail for $250 and he offered the used price of $40. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Had a great experience with customer service and selection. Crystal helped me pick a beautiful unique ring, just my size! 🤩 This is my 6th piece of jewelry from them over the last five years. They also have a great jeweler for repairs that recently returned! Highly recommend 😁
