A/C and heater in the room were great. Breakfast buffet was nice; when food ran low it was immediately replaced. Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable beds. Larger than normal rooms. Pool looked nice. Apparently there was an incident that occurred that involved several police cars to arrive. It would have been nice if the staff would have told us that everything was ok or to return to our rooms....

Of I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. We held our daughter’s sweet 16 party here! The staff was AMAZING. They let us get in the banquet room the night before to start setting up. They checked on us many times through the day leading up to the start of the party. It’s a smaller venue but it was perfect for our need. The banquet room fit 60 people plus a DJ and dance floor perfectly.

I would highly recommend if you are having an event you look into holding it at The Best Western. I’ll for sure be booking other events here.

Amber at the front desk was awesome. Nice big smile when we arrived. Kathy in the breakfast area was also awesome always asked us if we needed anything with a smile. Other than those 2 there was no smiles from anyone. Asked for our bed to be made 1 day with more towels she brought the towels but didnt make our bed and emptied the trash. The pool was very nice

Best time ever.Pool was excellent. Rooms were awesome.The workers were great.Very clean and beds were comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.The breakfast was amazing and plenty of food too.We had plenty of amenities in the room .

The room was nice and big. Yet it had a very cozy feeling to it. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and had what you normally find at all hotels, but they did change up the items every other day, and there were plenty of options, from basic cereal to making your own waffles. The only issue was that we could not connect to the wifi, but I blame apple's terrible software upgrades for that. Any way, without wifi we engaged with each other more, and that is the point of a family vacation.

I used Booking.com to make my reservations, and when I went to check in at the hotel, the reservations were all messed up. Luckily Sarah N. was working the front desk to help me. She was patient and so kind to me. She fixed booking.coms problem for me and put me in a room right away. Great customer service!!

Positive: Breakfast, late check out Negative: Non functioning hot tub, swim lessons, a kids pool party that had small children taking up the hot tub and pool (no one mentioned this or posted a notice to warn paying guests). A bunch of adults standing around the pool with phones, some creepy old men.

Blood stains on blanket and sheets, bathroom was not clean nor was the carpet. Last straw was finding a bug crawling on me in the morning after I saw that I checked out immediately! Usually don’t have issues but was not happy with my stay!
