This store is impossible to use as a supplier for any real business. I own a business and have an account with Big Daddy. I have 10k sq ft of greenhouses Im trying to shop for clear tarp on. I sent my employees to get me a list of what they have a available so that I can do some math and give them the right amount of money to go get it. They refuse to give my guys the prices? Lol what? In what world does a supplier not have a list with prices of bulk items that aren’t on shelves? Like I don’t even understand how someone is supposed to buy tarp from them. Insanely silly and unintelligent move on their part. I had to have them go get it somewhere else just so that the lines of communication between me and my employees was crystal clear and so that we got the right material the first try. Seems Big Daddy was trying to protect themselves from competitors while making it impossible for a customer to buy the product from them lol very silly stuff, stop being scared of competition in a free market and make life easier for your customers

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and at rhe Redding store and they wouldn't let me return 1 $80 product that was in perfect unused condition because I didn't have the receipt eventhoufg I paid with a credit card.

They turned me away after come in 3 different times changing their story and policy every time.

Lose yourself thousands of dollars in business over the years for an $80 product? Clearly was an unwise choice for me to spend my money with your company when you treat your customers so poorly.

What a cool place. This is the first time I have stopped in the store as I always thought it was a store for pot growers. I finally stopped because I spotted their outdoor nursery which had several decorative plants to choose from. The store has so many different things to purchase and was very clean. The staff was nice also.

Size doesn't always matter. It's a big place with lots of stuff, but they don't have everything. Besides wasting my time driving there, when I finally found someone to help me locate items, they sent me off alone, verbally telling me to go find them myself. half hour later after hunting for someone to help, I found out, they don't carry a duct air booster. They didn't even know what it was. Do much for knowledgeable.

Nicely built! Friendly environment, knowledgeable staff, quality products AND good prices?! In Ukiah Pinch me...I must be dreaming!

(I was only there for a single bag of soil, but I felt like I was ordering 10 pallets, every which way, this experience was amazing!)

Nothing to complain about! Definatley recommend, to the big guys, the little guys, and even the gals too! 🙃
