It was such a serendipitous day! We wanted to order a helmet online, but it was out of stock. I called them to check if they had it in store, luckily they did had last one, they held it aside for us. The man in the front store was so knowledgeable and helped us a lot, it was a long drive but it was so much fun, and it made are day. Great place and front-store.

Super cool little showroom with all of their products, dude was super helpful and friendly, answered questions HONESTLY, which is rare these days. Also, if you order online the shipping is RIDICULOUSLY FAST, ordered some new on any Sunday merchandise, and it was at my house 1 day later with standard shipping, same when I ordered new helmet. So in review, just go there or order online, good peeps, killer product, and excellent service.

This company, these people...
it has been such a long time, I can't remember the last time I was treated to true 5 Star customer service. I'm blown away... I'm just some random dude who ordered some perfectly supple leather gloves and incredibly stout drag bars and they treated me like the most important person in the world.

Lightning fast shipping, personalized customer care, outstanding follow up and excellent quality gear, these guys nailed every step: I could not be more impressed.

Great parts and friendly staff. Store is small, but they have all their products in stock there at the store. Check out what you want or are looking for online to get a good idea about their products. Then you can go to the store and see those items in person. The store is a bit of a drive from Los Angeles, about an hour and a half or 80 miles, but what a great excuse for a ride!

Love the Biltwell EXFIL-7. Strapped it to the front of my 2020 HD Forty Eight. Looks great and provides a place to store stuff while riding. Great for hats, wallet, phone, wife’s clutch or seven adult beverages. Attached in less than five minutes. Fits great between the headlight and DOES NOT rub the front fender.

Update - it most definitely holds a six pack and a big steak!!!!

Thanks to Biltwell for a quality helmet. Very comfortable and obviously an important piece of safety equipment. Asphalt is not very kind when you go sliding out across it. However my head and face were spared of any injuries thanks to my Biltwell helmet. I do need to order a new shield in the near future. Thanks again.
