I have been doing business with Bliss for many years and all I can say is "they continually come through for me." They give me the peace of mind of knowing that I have someone there to help me out when a computer goes down and I need it quickly. When I need something they don't have, they order it right away. Not much in stock, been in several times and have never left with anything. Pretty high markup but fine for a little mom and pop store. Owner isn't exactly courteous and left me with "I can't help you" when asking when something was going to be back in stock.

I really enjoy dealing with Bliss! They are always attentive and helpful, and have helped me out of a jam more than once, thus saving me time and significant money. I normally don't do reviews but they absolutely deserve it. A couple weeks ago my fiancé brought his computer in because a windows update knocked out his display drivers and messed with the operating system. He tried to fix it himself and even tried the geek squad virtual assistance since he couldn't turn down the brightness on his computer and his animation software and games wouldn't work anymore, but he couldn't do it. These people were absolutely amazing and did not give up until they fixed his computer. Now everything on his computer works great and everything is running perfectly, and it is all thanks to these amazing computer experts. They aren't even that expensive either for the amount of work they had to do on his computer to get it working again (a lot of back doors). Seriously, if you ever have a problem with your computer, TAKE IT IN TO THEM.

Very cool store, and the employees helped me pick out some new parts for my PC. If you're anywhere in the area I definitely recommend checking them out.

Went in because my lap top was misbehaving and I just hate that . He will have it fixed in no time at all.

Wonderful Electronics shop. Great help with any and all questions I had. Good inventory but if they don't have it they'll order it. Will be going back to build my own PC soon.
