They were able to fix a critical issue on my jeep with a next day appointment. Their service was quick and complete. The employees are friendly and helpful and explained everything to me. They offer way more than tires and do auto repairs as well. Give them a shot, they are amazing and prices are competitive.

Bob’s tire came highly recommended by the local dodge dealer for a 5th wheel hitch install. I ended up ordering my hitch through them and was persuaded into having them also install the under-mount system I had already sourced through dodge. Since this required cutting through the bed of the truck I was happy to leave this to a professional. Unfortunately they botched this part of the install not even bothering to measure before cutting holes and then trying to cover up the mistake. Now my brand new dodge has horrendously cut holes in the bed that the grommets don’t come close to fitting (the grommets allow some variance in hole placement but you can’t just drill blindly.) Very frustrated, not a single apology when bringing the truck back by to see about what could be done to fix this mistake. Only an offer to widen the holes further, probably with the same care and haste as the first attempt. I whole heartedly regret not just doing it myself. Edit: if you would like to replace my bed I would be willing to update my review, misaligning the bed so the holes match up and the bed touches/rubs against the cab was not a solution that I would consider satisfactory.

Local family owned business. I've been going there for over 15 years. I think I've bought around 4-5 sets of tires from there for a great price with a good warranty. Also I had some service work done on my old Chevy and never was dissatisfied with what they did. I also had a tow hitch installed on my Subaru from them and they did a great job and the hitch was delivered within the week because I was waiting for one from U-Haul but they took forever so I ended up cancelling theirs and went with Bob's

I was in Fortuna CA when I realized I had a tire problem on our triple axel Toy-hauler. No one in the area had Continental tires that size so I found Bob’s at our next destination. I called and spoke to Lance on Wednesday who was friendly and professional. Told him what I needed and he said he could get them. We pulled in about 1230 on Friday and Lance got the Commercial Techs right on it. The entire staff was friendly and professional. About an 1 hour 15 minutes all 6 wheels where balance, on the trailer and ready to go! Thank you Lance and the professional team who got us out quickly. Being from out of town we were treated with kindness and more than fair. Thank you all! I’d highly recommend Bob’s!

I had issues at first. Casey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy 😊 happy wife happy life for my husband 💕. I appreciate their communication and commitment to help the community. I will be recommending to everyone . This is a family business ❤️
