My husband and I have been looking for a quality dump trailer for a while now. At Bonander, their customer service was excellent and we were able to get a Good Guys dump trailer for a reasonable price. Thanks, Alberto, for all your help. Only one issue, we hadn't checked the underside. So there was a modification done and it wasn't painted. It still works well though.

This place should be given a zero. My son and I went here to buy a crome stack for his truck. When we walked in not one single person greeted us, asked if we need any help. There was four employees, and the office lady there. No other customers was in there and only one of these guys on the phone for about a minute. Not even the guy stocking the shelves would acknowledge us. We stood there for 20 minutes , and Finally the only person to ask if we've been helped was the office lady. So she asked all the guys there if one of them would help us and they all egnored her. She had to ask twice, Finally a guy Mumbled something to her and we got help. We had the part number and everything, it's not like they had much to do to help us. The price on the stack was 501, but he said he could do a little better that that. We ended up ordering from USA Trucking for the same exact one for only 179.00. None of those guys deserve working there because they are loosing the company money for their lack of great customer service! Friendly, professional, Courtesy, customer service is where it's at and you have none. Except the office lady to which I thank.
