I was helped by a woman named Noemi. she was very helpful and tryed to help me with my spetrum set up. sadly spetrum was a pure mess but she did her best. She always frendly. A man came in up set and she handled it so well.

I wanna say the girl who helped me was so nice to me, I’ve gone to another boost stores and they are super rude and it’s rare when they wanna help you, I forgot to ask her name but oh my God, she is so sweet and she knew how to fix my service problem, if you come to this store ask for the girl who wears glasses;)

Honestly don’t bother going to this boost mobile your better off goin to the boost mobile by Cardenas or the Jaconas boost mobile . I was literally standing in line for 10 minutes nobody in line just me , and I was just goin in to pay a bill which is so quick to do . Need to work better on handling customers
