Mixed review on this one Two visits First one to buy a replacement cell phone the service was great, the price was great very nice helpful cashier did not try to upsell me or take advantage, was very clear and knowledgeable about the options etc 5 star Visit 2 To purchase a cable for my computer the girl at the counter was rude and dismissive, grouchy and hostile. Cord was affordable, and in stock 2 stars

This place needs to be closed . I dont have problem driving 40min more . Rude service !! I have feeling like the employees are sabotaging the owner ! Every time rude service. Last time i enter with mask on my face i was adjusting the mask while i was talking , when someone from the other corner of the store start yelling “ Hey , hey , hey ! Mask up !!! “ I approach to him and asked him whats that attitude, whats wrong with him , why he is yelling . I left the shop , someone will knock down that clown , i am enough smart to not do accidents bc of clown . If the owner is reading , your employees are sabotaging you with their customer servic ! TO NOT SHOP HERE !

Sorry to say, but employees are rude and in my opinion need to be educated on there product.. But there the only store of there kind around customer service isn't to high in there list and it shows. Sell sell and get you out the door. I'm done loosing money at there store. Fortuna/ Eureka drives from now on. At least I'm getting the proper help and better service!

I've only been to Radio Shack. It's a great store to buy all your phone, computer and audio merchandise. It's the only store the sells electronics at that level in Garberville.

The people that own and operate this business are rude and follow you around the store like thief even if you have a wad of cash in your hand

Horrible customer service. Everything is over priced. Not worth it. You may have to wait a long line just to get in the building because the only let one customer in at a time.

Competent helpful employees. Wont go anywhere else for anything related to cell phones.
