BSE Rents are not only a professional company to rent from, but their customer service is on point. They listen, to what I need, and if they don't have it, then they'll have one sent from another branch. The two women were so easy to work with, and the technician was down-to-earth, and explained things easily. It was impressive to see all the things you can rent. So glad we have one in Tehachapi.

We had a very positive experience renting a U-Haul car transport trailer from BSE Rentals yesterday. The clerk was friendly, efficient and offered us a small discount. The yard man was prompt getting the trailer ready to hook up and he did the light inspection as well! When I returned the trailer they were just as friendly.

Equipment was great, service was not so great. Held up crew fir half a day since previous renter didn't return. Hopefully get a discount since overva half a day was lost, now it's over 10o degrees.
