This is the build a bear we always come too as a family. We have always loved the location and how open and spacious it is. We also appreciate how clean it and and the variety of clothes and accessories. Special shoutout to Tom today. He made it extra special today he really went all out for my little girls birthday!

The customer service was very friendly! Plus they had a lot of different bear/characters and outfits/accessories to choose from. Its also cute that you get a birth certificate for your bear.

It's a cool concept. Had a bday party for my daughter. Having the family and party guests pick hearts for my daughters bear was super cool. It's definitely a must ONCE for your kids.

People were very helpful. My daughter got a light fury and forgot to grab the wings. They reminded her. So the employee grab it which made my daughter very happy.
