I love this place. And they do give good advice. But this one particular time I called about my dishwasher where it drains on top of the sink. I told him that it was cracked and I probably need a placement he told me it was a hose underneath my kitchen sink. Anyways I end up paying $107 to a plumber to do it when I could have did it myself if I had better feedback in which I already took the black hose and unclogged it which it wasn't even clogged. He told me it was probably the other hose the white one which it wasn't it ended up being the cracked head on top of the sink. So this is a reminder for me next time any household things that I get their advice I'll stick to my own advice and knowing exactly what the problem was or is. And yes his name is Travis

They are good people. Gave me pallets to build stuff at my home..I bought the wheels and screws there. And bracket's for bunk bed. We are doing the end tables post pics later. Very helpful..

At first, I was very upset because of the way I felt like I was being treated after a few days I returned to the store and talked to the owner regarding the situation He was understanding and made everything right I will continue to shop at your establishments

This is always my first stop when it comes to home repairs. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need, even if that means tracking it down to the other store in town and putting it on hold for you. The staffis amazing. And it's always nice to go in and get kitty loving from The store cat lol. But they have a wide selection of products, and if they don't have it they will track it down and order it for your if need be.

I came in with a heater that needed a new rocker switch a gentleman named Travis i believe took the heater apart for me tried 3 different times fix the switch and changed the light bulbs and really took his time to try to fix my heater although we were not successful I really enjoyed the customer service and I am so grateful for the attention that they pay to their customers. I would of been lost without the help! 5 star service any day!

Good selection, friendly staff, competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Last time I visited they were a bit low on their lumber stock, I think, but i still found all I needed with the help of a very friendly staff throughout the store.
