I recently purchased a car from Cadillac Thousand Oaks, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and were not pushy at all.

My salesperson, Noah, was knowledgeable and patient. I went Sunday so the banks were close and they hold the car until banks were open. Noah answered all my questions and even took the time to explain the features of the car in detail.

I had an exceptional experience at this Cadillac of Thousand Oaks, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, everything was top-notch including the deal which literally 10 other dealerships could not beat.

Kanye Buchanan, was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was well-informed every step of the way. His expertise and approachable demeanor made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable.

Kristi Pollard, who also assisted me, was nothing short of wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made me feel valued and ensured that all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.

The finance process was a breeze, thanks to Saab (I hope I’m spelling his name right, he said it was just like the car brand). He very nice and streamlined the signing process, making it quick and hassle-free. His efficiency and clarity were much appreciated, and he made the financial side of things feel easy and straightforward.

On top of all this I got the best deal I could find in literally all of Southern California, no sweat, no hassle, no haggle.

Overall, this dealership and its team have set a high standard for customer service. If you're in the market for a Cadillac, definitely pay them a visit—I can’t recommend Cadillac Thousand Oaks enough and will gladly buy another car through them when the time comes!

Very poor customer service… my husband and I spent more than hour in their dealership. They were not busy at all, but they ignored us completely. They assigned a person with Chevrolet logo T shirt from service department to us . we had to sit in a room for more than 30 min to get any information or quote. We are going to buy our Cadillac from another dealership. We don’t see any reason to give them our business.

We recently visited this dealership last weekend to purchase a 2025 car. After negotiating a fair deal with our salesperson, who had to consult with the sales manager multiple times, while I was ready to sign the check we were shocked to discover that the final price was higher than the agreed-upon amount.

The sales manager, Ulises Mendoza, whom we never met, was responsible for the price increase. We felt forced to pay the higher price due to the significant time invested and the fact that they had already run our credit three times without our knowledge.

This experience was unlike any other car purchase or lease we've had. The deceptive sales practices employed by this dealership are unacceptable. We urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this business.

This 5 stars is specifically for John Cazarin in the service department. John is by far the most communicative, problem solving individual at this dealership. Before John got involved, I waited a full week for answers about my Escalade leaving daily messages as I only ever got sent to voicemail. When John answered the call, he was quick to acknowledge and validate what I had been experiencing and resolved the communication issue within minutes. Honestly he needs to be in charge of customer service training for the whole team. Thank you John!

I had scheduled my vehicle for an oil change via the online service. When I arrived at the dealership there was no record of my scheduled service. But my service advisor Meghan took all the pertinent information and proceeded to get service completed without delay. I really appreciate her solution oriented attitude and assistance.

Took the vehicle in for service on a "check engine" light. We were traveling at the time and a few hundred miles from home. We were able to work with the weekend staff to get the vehicle in on a weekend, to be looked at that Monday. We were advised of the issue quickly and replacement parts were ordered right away

I had an issue with my Escalade. I called Mac as another dealer seemed to be dragging their feet. Though my car didn't get serviced by them he was very helpful in committing to start if/when the car got there. I was treated no differently whether or not I was getting my car serviced there.
