Just go with the pricing list from CIF before you buy anything. It is cheaper to be charged by CIF than purchase them from here at double or triple the price.

He has lots of inventory that is generally in good quality, so if you need it he probably has it. However, prices for surplus stores around Fort Stewart are horrendous, and this store is no exception. $230 for a used large ruck (no returns allowed!) when you can buy a brand new one for $250 online from multiple vendors (including Amazon) with a return policy included. $30-35 per piece for used OCP tops and bottoms, when any surplus store at Fort Bragg will sell them to you for $10-15 per piece. You're better off buying whatever you need brand new online, or swinging by a surplus store near a different base when you're on pass or leave

A place where you can find almost everything. New stuff has good prices. Used stuff is too expensive for the condition they are in, and if you let the old guy in front know that a used item that's in good condition is the same price as one that's in really bad condition he just argues about it.

They got the gear you need and all. My only complaint for not rating 5 stars is that their prices are a bit too high on the used gear. $30 for a used OCP top is asking too much. But if you need some issued gear they have it. Employees are friendly too and will be happy to help you find anything you need. Just lower the prices on those used tops and bottoms guys. If it looks like it’s seen it’s share of days on the field it should definitely be an “on sale” item.

No wonder why there is bad customer service because the owner is never there

Then you should tell your employees to tell customers that you are not buying there military clothing, instead of telling them that you are going to be there on a certain days when you are not.
