They don’t even deserve a star, I don’t even know where to begin with Camping World, I would never recommend this place to anyone of my friends or family, the amount of stress they have cause the lack of communication they have, they say they will call you back I wouldn’t hold your breath, their team is very unprofessional when it comes to fixing a situation you get transferred until no one picks up and then you get a voicemail where your call is never returned, We purchased a toy hauler in December and bought an extended warranty on the exterior of the trailer, had an appointment to have them put the protective coating on the outside, when going to pick it up we noticed marks all over the trailer and burn marks from the buffer in my front strip lights, when we called to address the situation I got transferred to someone who never calls back and they will take a message a do nothing with it, secondly we had in our signed contract that we would be receiving a patio gate, this has been since December we are now in February and they had no eta on the gate they couldn’t even let us know from the manufacturer where the gate was only that it was ordered, I am so fed up with the back and forth I requested a refund and now they want to give me a check that doesn’t even cover the patio gate! Don’t waste your time here take your business somewhere where they care it’s not here!

My fiancé and I have been in the market for the last six months or so with no rush to find the right RV. Looked at new ones then used ones then back to new ones. Jacob was our sales guy from the start and was great throughout the entire process. We told him if we decided to buy something from the dealership that we would come back to see him, which we did. He had great knowledge and was able to answer all our questions. The rest of the staff that we met was also nice and friendly, and the coffee was always hot! Excited for our new travels! Had a deal worked out for a consignment of my trailer . Jumped through all the hoops got ca title and reg and they stopped responding and continue to blame the mishap on other departments instead of just taking the trailer in. They had all my info for over 2 weeks prior to drop off date and a couple hours prior to the scheduled drop off they called and changed the entire plan!! This cost me time , money and stress as I’m moving and didn’t have a place to put the trailer other than the street downtown. This a huge trailer being towed by a huge truck and this is a pain in the ass to say the least . They wasted over 2 weeks of my valuable time !!! I’d shop around . Prices high . Service sucks and integrity seems to not be a priority with the minions that run the place

My salesman Jacob was great. He listened to my needs and put me in RVs that best suit them. He wasn’t pushy but he was highly knowledgeable and when making such a large purchase, it was refreshing to get the answers I needed without delay. Great selection of campers and RVs in all categories. Like Arnold, ILL BE BACK!

Update 7/9/17: We purchased! So we finally were able to go back to Richardsons's with the absolute goal of purchasing. Our same salesman from my original review came to help us again. Was very patient with me as I know I can be a little picky with what I want, but I know what I want! We finally stepped into a trailer that fit not only what I wanted but was in our budget. Finishing the sale was easy and painless. Original review: I haven't purchased yet but shopping. Our salesman walked us through everything we wanted to look at, was very knowledgeable, and the prices were responsible. I think we will be going back to make our purchase.
