Earlier I went to exchange a hat, I got one for my dad to get another size when I went over there they said I couldn't exchange the hat because it's already curved it's yours to keep. I was like WTH I asked him if I could get my money back, but they couldn't get my money back. I got mad at one employee who worked there. I took the old hat that I couldn't return I was pissed off. Right after I went to Lids it's the same mall, I bought a hat. The employees over there are nice, and more helpful than Cap City. CAP CITY should have done better to exchange/return the hat it doesn't matter if it's curved or not but still NOPE. They just want to keep the money we pay. The company it's bad. Also bad customer service. The employees are more attentive to the customers by the customers eat. So I don't recommend you guys go CAP CITY go LIDS.

Customer service sucks here. Since I've been wearing snapbacks lately, I tried getting a fitted which I haven't got in a while, and was trying to find the right size. The employees seemed high, or something but made the experience awkward. Dude asked if I needed help and I told him yes. He didn’t say anything after that, he would just pass me a hat i wanted to try on, and kept passing me them as I was looking for a size, as he just kept looking at the guy running the cash register without them saying anything. And i was saying out loud how I don't know if it looks right and that I don’t know how they’re suppose to fit. He wouldn’t recommend a size or how their suppose to fit or help me find my size. I guess you’re just suppose to know before you come in. Wouldn't shop here if you’re new to hats, they also have a very basic and limited selection.

Went with my husband to exchange a hat he got from our daughter on Father's Day. He found a hat he liked and went to the counter to do the exchange. The hat he had was $5 cheaper then the one he was exchanging. The youngster behind the counter asked him if he just wanted to take the $5 loss because he couldn't give him cash back. I would not recommend shopping here especially if you are buying a gift for someone and they are not able to pick it out themselves.

Came here twice. Should’ve learned after my first time. Poor customer service. ‘Give me my money and leave type attitude’. Came back a second time to get another hat. Got it steamed and curved. The next day the curve came out came back to ask to return or get a different style they said no. Ask if he could recurve he said yeah. Then proceeded to curve the living ship out my hat. I’m not even wearing the hat anymore. I went to Lids right after it’s in the same mall. It’s a well established known company with a customer focused mission that’ll leave you leaving satisfied. All these bad reviews are recent for a reason.

Just spent $400.00 in the store. They had buy one and get the other 30%off.. I walked out and realized I needed another hat, so I walked back in and said hey can I get 30% off this other hat since I just bought one with my other purchases , that I could use the 30%.. the guy says let me call my boss his boss said no..I was like really , I just dropped 4 bills in here and your not going to hook me up with it.. we'll enough said won't be back, and definitely will be putting this on all platforms as a place not to roll up in to...

Ordered a Royal Blue Dodgers hat & received a Navy Blue!! They won’t refund or replace bc it’s a shade of blue. It could be any type of blue, 3 different people said. False advertising!! Picture showed Royal Blue!!

Make sure that you have a good chunk of change so that you can get your shop on. This place is pretty big and has damb near everything that you want or can ask for. It has plenty of clothing stores it has tattoo shops, auto accessories store all the jewelry, nail shop, food, airbrush store oh I can go on. This is your one stop and shop.
