Customer service always friendly and eager to help customer. Nice and clean environment! For families to shop for the little ones. The clothing always nice and neat. The clothes great deals every week and good quality 👌 I can highly recommend this location in Temecula. 100 💯 tops

I went here at 8.06pm today because google maps displays its open until 9pm but it’s actually closed at 8pm. The two girls inside were staring at me but didn’t even communicate that it’s closed. I was trusting google maps info and was waiting outside for 5 min for them to unlock the door to pick up my online order. Will never visit this store again!

Came here close to opening hours on a Monday. Great customer service, clean, organized store. Was offered help as soon as I walked in. Since I was toting my 6 month old around, was hoping they had a cart I could stick him in, but they only supply shopping bags and hand carry baskets here. Had I known, I would have brought his stroller. But not their fault for my assumption. We will definitely be back for future shopping trips, they seem to have a nice selection for most ages.

I love this store. Not only is the store always exceptionally clean and well organized but the staff is really helpful when I'm looking for a specific size or type of clothes. They aren't just helpful but friendly as well. I always find great deals in the clearance aisle so check there first!

They offer curbside pickup on the website and their aren’t any curbside signs in the parking lot. I was told by an associate it’s up to the associate if they want to bring your merchandise to the parking lot or not.(if they are comfortable) One of the associates told me to park in a handicap parking spot to receive my merchandise since they didn’t feel comfortable walking to the first parking spot in the parking lot. I informed her there wasn’t any handicap spots Available and that’s illegal if I don’t have a handicap decal. The same associate told me to park on the curb which also say no parking and said she’ll be right out. I asked would she be responsible for this ticket since she wants me to illegally park?…(curb say no parking) She told me no but she would be out pretty fast. It took her 4 minutes to bring my package out. Which if an officer was around would have been a ticket within mins… I spoke to the manager(suzann) and informed her of my concerns and how customer service is important and you all should consider this… Her concerns were her associates safety about crossing the street…. Yes your associates safely is important… however don’t offer curbside if your having a safety issues with crossing the street. I will not return to this location!

Not a fan of these stores with high priced baby and toddler clothes. The cashier's are snooty. I'm not even acknowledged when I enter. I admit the stores have cute clothes although overpriced. I could easily find something to buy for my niece here. It's a perfect place to find a gift. There's a decent selection for male but mostly female babies. Not a place I go out of my way to shop in.
