I arrived at 9:59am the store hours are listed at 10am for opening hours. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes, and still no one has arrived to open the store. Why have hours listed when no one is present to open the store. Change your store hours if you can't open on time.

Three years later I am still using this store for all of my children's parties. The owner is AMAZING!!!! He came in on a Sunday when they were closed just to do my balloons for me to make sure everything was perfect for my daughter's first birthday! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! They have everything you need and more!!! Great customer service, they never disappoint.

Celebrations in Hinesville is the best place to go for balloons and party supplies. The owner is amazing and friendly. He is even letting us pick up our order on his day off. We had to postpone a party to a date he was closed and he was so kind to offer to come in on his off day just for our order. They have everything you need for your party. Support his local business.
