Yesterday my grandson and I went into cell it here, cell phone repair, to get help with his phone that his dad had shut off. The phone was also under parental control and he was unable to use the phone for anything. The guys working were so very helpful and nice. They synthesized with him considering his situation and gracefully factory reset his phone for him without charge. Great bunch of guys and very informative with all of the questions my grandson had about the process, other phones and gaming computers for sale that they on hand. Definitely made his day so much brighter. Thanks guys.

I went into Sell It Here because my touchscreen laptop wasn't working properly, and I needed to get everything transferred to my flash drive for work. Preston, who helped me, went above and beyond. He managed to fix the touchscreen issue, but since the laptop was still falling apart (it was literally coming off the hinges), I decided to purchase a new HP laptop from them.

Preston made the whole process so easy—he transferred all my important files from the old laptop to the new one and even offered to help if I had any issues in the future. Both gentlemen in the shop were super kind. It was such a relief to get everything done in one place without running around trying to figure it out on my own.

Highly recommend this shop for their honesty, efficiency, and amazing customer service!

Took my computer into the store Monday morning. Got a call in about a half hour. They told me it could be fixed and the price.. I was told it would be ready Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. Picked my computer up Thursday. Showed me the parts that got changed. Went home working great. Good job guys.

Just before Thanksiving 2024, I dropped my Samsung S20 into the tub and it died. I'm not due for an Upgrade until Summer of 2025. I needed a phone bad so I went there to see what I could buy I bought a nice Motorola phone for $115 The service and the guys are great, I'd recommend coming here if you need a phone fast.

i crushed my cell phone out Christmas shopping and my phone would only half transfer my info into my new phone but my phone provider gave me Cell it here info and said go see them they can transfer it all and they did thank goodness. A person never knows how much you miss your phone and info until you dont have it. Thank you Cell it here staff for you help......Happy Customer

I had a nice experience. The two guys were very friendly and knowledgeable and tried to repair my phone, but it was not repairable. I was able to purchase another phone for a reasonable price and am very happy with the service I got.

Great service, no waiting, very good prices! But, I have a question, why does my phone not recognize the new battery? Will this be a problem later?
