Stopped at this location to buy a prepaid SIM card. The store is neatly organized & clean, and the gentleman that helped us was friendly. Quick & easy visit. Highly recommend if you’re in need of cellular service or accessories.

The owner did me a solid.. my screen was starting to separate the glue is coming undone.. he fixed it chargeport in 20 minutes at a very good price.. check him out if u need cellphone repair in placerville.... thank you again for the help!

I would give zero stars if I [could. Was told $160 for glass replacement- paid $180 was told cash would be cheaper. Scammers. Then 10 days later I noticed my screen was cracked in the middle and phone wasn't working properly. My dad had just passed away so busy with family and funeral to take back quickly. I picked up my phone to use it this morning and it cracked again fro. Bottom up!! I believe the wrong glass was put in. Owner won't replace because it's been to long. Horrible service. Don't use this place! It's a rip-off!!!

OMG I love this store. I’m so embarrassed to say that I have brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get repaired twice. My iPhone XR and SE to be repaired. I have brought my lpad pro for a new battery and they put a new drive in for me as well. They never make me feel crazy but they have always token care of me and my devices for a reasonable price. They have fast service and the have a warranty that worked for a klutz like me.i will definitely be back to see you guys. Thank you!!!

My phone back came off. Took it to Sonny at 'cell phone place'. Guy is super nice. Determined I needed new battery, as mine had swollen and pushed back off. I thought a new phone, he saved me $$$. Highly recommend!

Sunny was very great!!! He has the best prices around, beat any other store in the area. He knew exactly what I needed, he was efficient, and even cut me a deal. He quoted me on about 40mins for repair and came out with a brand new feeling phone in only 20min. 10/10 experience and service would definitely recommend!!

I brought my phone in for a screen repair and they had it fixed within 30 mins. They have great customer service, store is clean, and they also provide chairs in case you want to wait while your service is completed.
