If we can give 10 stars, we would. My nephew cracked the LCD screen on his laptop. He ordered a new screen replacement online and brought it to Sycamore Tech to have them replace it. We were worried that it might take some time but surprisingly they contacted us back and was done with the service in 2 hours. Excellent friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Affordable pricing. Will definitely come back here for hardware related issues for all our devices.

Note: Store location is hidden from street view. It's in the middle area of the small plaza.

Recently bought a MacBook Pro m3 max and accidentally cracked the screen while on vacation. Called all around the Bay Area for a screen replacement got quoted as much as $2100 for a new screen replacement from apple to $900 for used screen. Called AJ of Cell Phone Repair by Sycamore Tech and he said he can get it replaced with a used original panel for around $630 plus tax. Dropped it off and as soon as he got the part a few days later he installed it within couple hours and my laptop was good to go. He even tested the screen online and showed me that it was working properly. Very satisfied with the results and will definitely come back here for any services I might need in the future. Thanks AJ. Keep up the great work. Definitely recommend this place.

Fast and fair, quality repairs! Been there many times (unfortunately I'm a repeat phone dropper). AJ is the owner/operator. You can text the main number and he'll sometimes answer the phone after hours. He's the man!

This place is a real scam, my iPhone didn't turn on the screen, they repaired it, everything was fine. But when I got home it did not connect to any cellular network, Wi-Fi, let alone the company, I could only make calls but outside the house. I called the man who repaired my cell phone and he told me, it's 180 to repair it. I didn't go, but I went to a store in San Francisco. The man opened my iPhone, in my view, and took out the antenna and it was not the original antenna of my iPhone, it was an alternative. The original antennas are gold and this was one with low alloy metals. This store changed my antenna for a non-original one. They are thieves, they took advantage of me because I was a woman and not very experienced. Be careful, they can change the GOOD parts for FAKE ones!!!

If I could give AJ 10 stars and a Lambo I would. Just stop your search here and go see AJ ASAP for whatever screen repair or other services you need, that he provides. I called around to 10 different screen repair shops for price on replacing my cracked screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra. They all were expensive or over priced and half sounded like it was their first time fixing a phone.

I called AJ store and he immediately knew the price and was $100 cheaper than the average cost the other places quoted me. I immediately went to AJ. Walked into AJ shop and gave him my phone. He said give him about an hour. I sat out in the little garden area to wait while he repaired it. AJ came out literally 30 minutes later saying my phone was done. I was shocked. He really knows what he's doing. My phone is like new again. Definitely will only be using AJ for any repair needs I have and will tell as many people possible about him and his superb service/business. You won't find anywhere better l, trust me. Call AJ now or just drop in and you won't regret it.

We need more businesses with owners like AJ because there many around. AJ is a great guy and a expert at his craft.

Needed a new battery for my iphone because it was dying. Got it replaced here several months ago, and my phone is now still going strong. I recommend this place for a battery replacement, and to replace a cracked screen. It was done in 15-20 minutes. Parking was in the back of the building.
