I came here on Sunday September 22 to get my screen fixed, I asked around if I could get my phone fixed and Jony let me know that he was able to fix my phone for $120. I was surprised because he said that he would be able to fix it the same day and because the price was good. I gave Jony my phone and after an hour and 30 minutes of him working hard he let me know that the screen was fixed but there was a problem as the screen was unresponsive to touch, he let me know that he could order the parts to fix my phone and he would contact me to let me know if my phone was fixable or not. I was a little concerned about my information being stolen or something wrong happening but Jony gave me his phone number and my money reassured me that I could trust him with my phone while I went back to Madera. After 3 days Jony reached out to me and let me know that my phone was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived my phone was a little scratched from the back but it didn't affect the phone and I understood as well as Jony told me the phone was hard to open, I was glad to see my phone fixed and he even showed me that everything worked, once Jony showed me everything was good he offered me a tempered glass screen protector for my phone at a very good price and with a no bubble guarantee and he did amazing at installing the screen protector! It's been almost 2 weeks since my phone has been fixed and everything works well! Amazing work by Jony, very patient, hardworking and amazing customer service! 🙌🏽🤩

This guy said and hour and 20 minutes. he is stopping and chatting with people every 5 minutes which is making it take longer. He left for 10 minutes to use the bathroom knowing I was sitting right by the booth and not saying anything and when i look up there is some kid in the booth. I ask where he went and the kid said "i don't know", i ask where my phone is and the kid said "i don't know". I say call him because I'm going to security next and he stays playing on his phone and sees and staring and i ask again to call him or I'm going to security and he finally does. When i sit back down I turn to look and see him looking over at me and laughing with his kid. I don't know if this is the owner or manager or what but this was the worst experience ever especially since I was freaking out about where my phone was and he was laughing it off like no one steals at the mall. I work in the same mall as him and even i see stealing. I do not recommend, if anything come when its not this older looking man, or try out CellTech by Kay's

They replaced my samsung screen with higher quality than the original. Less money than the best buy ripoff warranty that isn't a warranty.
