I live nearby and called around to three different shops—this one had the best prices by far and is super convenient for me. The service was excellent, and the pricing was unbeatable. I took an iphone to get the charging port cleaned at this cell repair store on Ventura. The person who opened the store, offered to replace the cracked screen. I said yes- BIG mistake- I did not know only Apple can replace 'front screen' only w an Apple screen. This person did not tell me that and the phone was not functioning as it should when I picked it up. I brought it back but at that time the phone did function. Two days later we left Los Angles and now the phone is completely non functional, you can see from the photo. Whatever this person did, the phone is dead.
A very costly lesson, now I am more educated. Was my fault for being trusting, the person should have told me upfront he used non apple parts and the risks.
He is a very good talker but the iphone he worked on is ruined.
