PATRICIA IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I came in last week and bought two wallet phone cases. Unfortunately one was defective so I went back today and could only get credit for it which was no problem since I needed to get a case anyway. I have the new Moto phone so they didn't have the glass for it. But I will check and see about getting the one that did fit this phone since it was nice to go to a place that is a small local friendly business in my neighborhood. What a wonderful experience.

Screen repaired and already having issues. Either cheap products or poor installation, either way, this business does not stand by their work and are not willing to help. Do not recommend!

I got a cell phone case only had it 3 or 4 days and the wing to the butterfly came off I call and they said they can't do anything because it's been a fews day will never go there again wrost place ever 😡😠😡😠

Fast service! I went to turn it in at 12, got it at 3, good as new! It is literally a block away too so I could literally walk, really convenient for me :) they have a ton of cool phone cases/screen protectors too! I’m gonna go back soon to check it all out. The nice lady at the counter was helpful as well, I will admit it was a bit pricy I paid $120 but I think it was worth it 100%

My younger brother got his phone screen "fixed" here and a day later his phone was all jacked up. We tried to rectify the situation with the staff but they refused to take accountability for the poor service and shifted the blame onto him. Don't waste your time or money

If there was choice to rate zero stars I would. It took them nearly 3 days to fixed my phone. They said they would call but they didn't however. when I got my phone I notice a small delay with the phone's sound. but hey I was just happy to have my phone fix. Day 2 of having my phone, I sat it down facedown then picked back up. the screen on the inside was messed up. I have sat my phone down many of times. so i bring my phone back and she says i dropped my phone when clearly my brother was right there with me when my phone was sat down by me. So cell toys thanks for taking my 135.00$.

Got my galaxy s8 unlocked from sprint here and it literally took only 2 hours. Phone was reset but hey that's the price you pay. Great customer service and a great place to do business with.
