I came in a week ago to ask if they can repair my back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. They said yes and charged me 180. Original they said 160 but I didn’t mind because they did a decent job on the back glass. Two days later my phone randomly starts to crack and spiderweb. I go back to talk to the guy and he said it was my fault and that he can do it again for 80 dollars and asked for a refund which they said no. The day they fixed my phone I noticed that they used too much glue because it was coming out of the glass. The glass was also a bit off. The bottom of my phone was placed in even and the top was sticking out. On top of that the guy messed up a sensor on my phone and now my Face ID doesn’t work. Also my phone says unknown part found in iPhone. My volume button also feels stiff. The last thing I noticed was my brightness, my phone doesn’t seem to be as bright as before. I would not recommend this place for this reason. I

These guys are the best! I dropped my phone in water while in Mexico a week ago. I thought it was forever gone and was really upset about it. I had to wait a week until I got home to fix it, so I really thought it was done. They completed restored my phone and fixed it in less than two hours! My phone works perfect. Plus, it only cost $60, you cannot beat that! They also fixed my screen a month ago. They are always saving me! I will always check with them first when I have a phone issue before going anywhere else. Wonderful job and Very courteous employees!

So I was helped by Emery and Gabriel with everything I could think of to ask while they repaired my iPhone X I stood there the whole time at a safe distance while the repairs were being operated and I was educated while watching Emery worked on my phone. All good things about this place and I was offered a very nice discount on phone accessories I was interested in, everyone has their own situation and gut instinct on things- with that being said, whatever establishment works for you that’s awesome but for me this place did/ does wonders, will gladly return and promote this establishment to anyone else. If I could I would give 0 stars. Took my my i-phone 10 to fix the back screen that was cracked it took about 2 hours when the tech brought it back he stated my phone had a line in the middle of the front screen and said that it was already like that. I told him to fix it because my phone was not like that when I took it in. To make story short absolutely bad experience will not recommend Karen in Clovis unprofessional stated she was the manager there at the kiosk and yet poor poor customer service they need to get people with real customer service skills. What was supposed to take one hour turned into 5 I even had to call security and Mall management on them. The real person in charge of the kiosk never showed up, covered behind employees back Absolutely 0 .

Came here to get my iPhoneX screen replaced. They assured me that they could do it. I came back 45 mins later and he was finishing up with my phone. He handed my phone back to me and there was a small blue and yellow dot in the middle of the screen and one of the corners wasn’t pushed into the frame of the phone. I asked him about it and he said there is nothing more he could do. I asked him to just look at it again. He was pushing on the screen and then made the blue and yellow dot a lot bigger, I heard him say to his co worker that he damaged the LCD screen. He gave me my phone back and said that it was the best he could do. He started to ring it up and was going to charge me $50 more than he quoted me. I told him that I wasn’t happy and that I heard him tell his co worker that he messed up the LCD on the new screen and that I wasn’t going to pay for something that was damaged by them. He put my cracked screen back on and then gave me my phone back but he tried to get me to pay for the replacement screen still. I told him no because it wasn’t my fault that he messed it up. Then I left and went to another screen replacement place in town and he charged me $35 less than the price cellaris originally quoted me, so $85 less than what they were going to charge me. I later found out that when I went to Cellaris that they weren’t officially repairing iPhone X screens, but told me they did. I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated and how they tried to get me to pay something they damaged.
