I am utterly furious with the phone repair service I recently used. I entrusted them with fixing my phone after it accidentally fell into the pool. Before taking it to them, I even took the initiative to carefully remove the back panel using a hair dryer, hoping to mitigate any further damage. However, my efforts were in vain.

To begin with, the repair process took an exasperating two weeks, during which I anxiously awaited their call. As the days went by without any communication from them, I decided to take matters into my own hands and visit their facility in person. But to my dismay, I was informed that my phone was still not ready. This was a major inconvenience for me, as I had to make time in my already busy schedule to make the trip.

Finally, after an additional week of waiting, I went to pick up my phone, and what I discovered left me dumbfounded and infuriated. They had returned my phone to me without the back panel at all! How could they have neglected such a basic component? When I questioned them about it, their response was even more disheartening – they admitted that they couldn't identify the cause of the breakdown. So, not only did they fail to fix my phone, but they also couldn't provide any explanation for the issue.

The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this service is beyond belief. I can't help but wonder if these technicians are unfamiliar with proper business practices in America or if they simply don't care about providing quality service. It's akin to entrusting a broken car to a mechanic, patiently waiting for repairs, only to receive it back in the same damaged condition without a bumper.

This is, without a doubt, the worst service experience I have ever encountered. I strongly advise anyone considering this repair service to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by finding a more reputable and reliable option.

Your cellphone is not a very interesting subject. It isn't... until it breaks.

When mine does, I take it to my friends at Whitsett and Burbank. They're friendly, they know what they're doing, and they are very reasonably priced.

I say: 'If you've got to have one of these damn things, you need a doctor.'

I found the doctor. For that damn cellphone.

Update your hours. This bad for business. I like this store they have the screen protector for my s22 ultra on hand. Buy this is bad. There were at least 6 other customers bewildered and left hanging. I know there is a religious holiday on Jan 6th and 7th. But no sign posted that they will be closed today.

Was around North Hollywood area to see a client and phone decided to play games with me. I have an iPhone X repair cost about 110, also bought a new case, and a car plug in for my phone that can stick in my car.

The repair usually takes an hour so I went to costco close by and by the time I was done the repair was done as well

The best store for phone repairs in LA. Always reasonably priced and repaired quickly every time I've been there for help. I went there today again, knowing I'd get my phone fixed correctly. I thought the power port/headphone was broken and it ended up being simply debris that needed to be cleaned out. Many other businesses would've told me it was "broken" even though it wasn't and charged $100 or more to "fix" it. Thank you for always providing such great service and knowledge, and professional! Great staff, honest, hardworking, and always friendly!

I’ve been a Loyal customer purchasing from them many times. I got my current iPhone 256 gbs at what I deem a great rate and it was refurbished had a 3 month warranty well my phone was faulty the screen just went out and my warranty may have been passed by a few days but these guys gave me a new screen no problem and withou hesitation these are the people you conduct your business with keeping customers happy is what it’s all about. So very welcoming and I have great admiration for all employee. I moved an hr away but refuse to go anywhere else. Top Notch service!

Honestly, not even a customer but I called with a question to sell an iPhone 15 pro max for parts and they don't buy phones but the guy took the time to ask anyways and was extremely friendly <3 compared to the 5 other places I called and got attitude for no reason. So I am gladly taking the time to leave this review and say thank you for having such great customer service, even over the phone!!!
